The part for my truck was back ordered, I understand they can’t control this and is a direct result of Covid.However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.They wouldn’t go through my truck to find all the damages because they were concerned they couldn’t get it back together. They did a walk around of the truck to assess the damage (told me not to pop the hood).They first looked at my truck in October of 2022 and I called about once a month to get updates on the part. Almost every time I called I was met with a “we will call you when we have an update” without getting any of my information .After an interesting string of phone calls to/from the shop (Brandon) on March 10th, 2023 I decided to go with another shop.If they can get the part they probably do good work, but don’t expect great customer service.Service: Auto body & trim repair
