Joel called me twice to inform me of what was happening with repairs and Kevin was conscientious about making sure the repairs were done correctly! The paint match was flawless! Both Joel and Kevin spoke to me when I picked the Jeep about how repairs had gone and assured me that things were done correctly! I also received my 10 year warranty on the work done! So happy with the work done and to have my Jeep back in my garage!!”

“**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”

“Dave at the front desk is honestly so helpful and I was so thankful for all the information he had shared with me. The owner is also very nice and was greeted by a neat dog named River.To make an extremely long story not so long. Both my parents died last year. Not far apart. Not long after losing my only sibling. I was up here from down south visiting friends. I had went to a concert in Flint Michigan. I had one drink and hours later was found blacked out on the side of the road. Barely conscious in my car which was not running. My talk screen came back that I had been dosed with high amounts of GHB. Michigan dropped everything and did not charge me at all. Tennessee picked up the charge because I had a tennessee license when I got pulled over. They told me I was in a catch 22 situation and I just had to do what needed to be done. I was so upset about having to get in intoxalock. It immediately makes me think of all the things that happened that night and the scars I have on my body from it. I had so much anxiety. I put it off for 2 years. It was just too much for me on top of everything else.I just want to say that you never know what someone is going through and I really appreciate being treated like a person. Thank you kindly Dave.”
