“**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”
“Jeff was great today! My windshield wiper blade came off the arm, along with the clip. I couldn't get it back on because it was slightly bent. Even though I hadn't purchased the blade from AutoZone, Jeff straightened it out for me, reattached the clip, and the blade at no charge. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, all while helping others who came into the store. Thank you SO much, Jeff!”

“When you’re purchasing parts, they talk a good game about their service and their Warranty but when it comes to taking care of those parts, when you call, they’ll tell you, they have to Talk to the Warranty department and they will call you back. You’ll never receive a phone call back and they got caller ID. They will quit answering their phone. Do not waste your money at this place.Justin will not call you back”

They also work well with their commercial customers negotiating the best price for you. They also are very fair when it comes to discrepancies in both price and supply and are always open to hear about other things to carry in the store for the convenience of their customers both DIY and commercial. “I've gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple times now and would very much recommend it over other auto parts shops in the area! Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items. They seem to always have at least one very knowledgeable staff member each shift. Today it was Jerry, who installed two different light bulbs I purchased. I can't overemphasize how much I appreciate him replacing those bulbs and having a positive attitude about it! Staff at other places will grumble about it for sure, especially on a cold day. But Jerry gave great insight and tips on top of providing great service.”
