“**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. “If I could give this place 10 stars, I 100% would. For a bit of back story, I recently bought a 1991 Ford Probe and have been trying my best to restore it. About 3 weeks ago, I went in to have a brake job done. However, while in there, I noticed that both the CV axle boots were ripped. What was supposed to be a 20-minute job turned into a three-and-a-half-week project. When the parts arrived, I began to take out the old CV axles. The right side went relatively without incident. The left side, however, had other plans, unfortunately. It got completely stuck inside of the wheel hub. I tried everything: gear pullers, sledge hammers, Harbor Freight 20-ton presses-nothing. Finally accepting defeat, I went to our normal mechanic with the wheel hub and CV axle in hand. When I got there and told them of my situation, I was given a 300-400 dollar quote. Instead of throwing in the towel, I called around to different shops in my area to see if I could get a better quote. I called probably a dozen shops, and almost all of them gave me bad news. From availability being out for weeks, 500-dollar quotes, and a lot of flat-out refusals. The last shop I called referred me to Weller Truck Parts.
Defeated, I gave the place that specializes in heavy-duty truck drivetrain components a call, half expecting to be denied the minute I brought up the commuter car. Instead, I was warmly greeted by a representative named Nick Vangeest. He told me that they could get me in that day. With this newfound hope, I hurried over with my mangled parts in hand. As I walked in, they knew exactly who I was. Nick, whom I talked to on the phone, called me over and asked to look at the parts. After looking them over, he explained everything that they were going to do and the risks associated. He said that they would probably charge me for 1 hour of labor depending on how stuck the CV axle was. I promptly handed the parts over. He said that they'll try to get it done by the end of the day, but that I should plan for Monday, because it was a Friday at Noon. With that, I headed on home. I was there for maybe half an hour when I got the call from Nick. He explained that my parts were ready and I could come and grab them.
When I arrived, Nick greeted me with a smile and turned to grab the box that I put the beaten-up parts into. What lay within the box now looked unrecognizable. At first glance, they looked almost like new OEM parts. Nick explained that they cleaned and painted them after they pressed the old CV axle out. I was shocked to say the least, because I had spent the past few weeks trying everything under the sun to get this thing out, and these guys managed to do it in a little over an hour.
To sum it up, they pressed the seized CV joint out of the wheel hub, pressed in new wheel bearings, then cleaned and painted the parts for 180 dollars, and were done in maybe an hour and a half. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. I not only saved 220 bucks, but also a lot of my sanity.

Not only for getting the work done at a fraction of the time and cost of the other shops, but for being willing to take on a project like this that was outside of the norm while being kind and understanding throughout. Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items.
