My mom walked in there, wanted to purchase an iPhone 13, the guy said " it's $700." I'm like what?? He's like yeah. Check your prices before you go shop at this store. Btw She ended up buying it from a different store for $295. $200 for the iphone price that was supposedly $700, $65 for the plan and $35 Activation.

New boost customer, went to their store and they outright stated "you did not purchase the phone from us, so we can not help you, then stated we can set you up with a new iCloud, but it's going to cost you $45" We then went clear across town to store we purchased it at, and he stated shame on them, they are supposed to help all boost customers and it is no charge to setup an account! I will never step foot in their crooked store ever again. Not to mention their parking is horrible as well!

Two Mexican Americans were working. They did not want to do business with me because I am black. Their are a lot of Mexicans that will not work with you because you are black. She lied and said I could not change over my service. just so she would not do business with me. I would not spend a penny with a hole in it. At this location. I went on Madison and Hall. And was help with no problem.

The best customer service experience I’ve had since moving back to Grand Rapids. The deal for the IPhone 11 was as stated, and the activation fee was lower than places around. If you’re looking for a good deal on a phone and great customer service, go check Lissette out on 28th st boostmobile store! If I could give 100 stars I would!

They charge to pay in store. Cheaper to pay online or at a gas station.

I went to boost mobile last fall to take opportunity to buy a new phone with 1 line for 25 dollars a monthWell they totaled me out and noticed the charged me regular 60 for month service and not the 25.The excuse was you need to begin with regular amount first and change it at a later time..well first second third four months of paying 60 a month and and I called to switch each month and was told I could not switch excuses againAlso found out you buy a phone for prepaid it's still a locked phone. Tried to have it unlocked customer service can't unlock phone..I am going to call the Attorney General in Michigan and make a complaint about false advertising of the 25.00 dollar month plan why does new customers have to pay full amount when switching to boost and then later come to be you can't even switch to a 25 dollar plan after

I purchased my phone about a year. I purchased a cover and a screensaverso it won't break the phone screen. They told me with the insurance everything was covered if my phone was damaged I was going to pay $50 to get a new one I understand that but they told me if the screensaver was cracked or broken they will give me another one free.Today I went and tried to get one free and the person who was there couldn't give me the screen free because she had to call her manager first to get the okay. She was calling the manager several times and several times she sent him messages and it took him a long time to answer a message. I think a manager should have the responsibility of answering the phone at all times even on his day off. This person is not doing his job as a manager. At the end I got my screensaver for free but they told me it was the last time I will get one. This person gives free things to people that he knows only, I think he should not be doing that.
