Destroying their toxic Terms and Conditions where they steal 75 dollars if you cancel without notification. I had made a reservation, my first ever with Budget, but when I didn't pick your truck up, which was supposed to cost me 56 dollars, instead Budget Rental charged me 75 dollars. I'll NEVER EVER GO TO BUDGET RENTAL AGAIN.

Company calls 1 hour before scheduled pick up of reserved rental truck to tell me that they don't have my reservation available, now we can't move, and we lose our help because of the “inconvenience.†Terminal manager had audacity to ask me if I wanted to cancel the reservation after telling me I have to wait for a phone call that could take up to 2 hours. Definitely filing a BBB complaint, don't use this company, low prices they offer equals inadequate service.

I received a call ONE DAY before my reservation letting my know they did not have any trucks available. I've had this reservation for weeks and received a confirmation yesterday. This is unacceptable.

I am so disgusted with this company!! My family reserved a truck one month early and we showed up yesterday only to find that they [nonchalantly] didn't have one there for us. They did however, give us one size bigger for the same price so we weren't too upset with that, other then the fact it made it a lot more difficult to drive to the place we were moving our items (downtown Madison, WI). Nonetheless, we were fine with it. Upon receiving the larger truck it was noted that their were two service lights on which were brought to the attention to the staff in which their response was "It'll be fine, we'll note it." So today, while sitting in standstill traffic in Chicago our truck dies on us. We manage to make it to a gas station in which we get a Budget service person there to confirm that the people who rented it before us put the wrong fuel in it. So we had to then wait for a new truck to get there, unload our belongings and be back on our way. We at this point would expect some sort of compensation or discounted rate for this experience. But we were followed up by NOT ONLY do we now have to wait until tomorrow for you to get a new truck to us, but you will refuse to give us the money back for the truck OR pay for lodging overnight. So here we are staying in the back of a broke down truck at a gas station in downtown Chicago! This complaint will be lodged with the BBB. I cannot believe the level of horrendous service-with absolutely no accountability!
