I always shop at their Burlingame retail store around the Christmas holiday season, and splurge a bit extra to get some cashews for myself. Their staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, which makes the shopping experience really great. Their prices are a bit steep, but you are getting a very high quality product for the money. I was struck by a couple of details: *They offer you a sample when you walk in the door. *They give you the option of a free gift bag with tissue paper as you're checking out. I really appreciated this since I was giving this as a gift and I was from out of town.
