Great service and such kind people! After depositing a check here, I discovered my car battery had died. I asked for help, and literally every employee asked around or checked their car for cables. One teller even started calling someone to come by to help. Nate came out and jumped the battery, even in 23° weather. I so appreciated everyone's kindness!

Went in to open a checking and savings account. Worst experience ever as they instructed to open account online. Andres was AWESOME. If not for him I would have walked out the door muttering. I was extremely aggravated with the entire process but Andres was very patient, kind and not flustered by my muttering and cussing as the process. He helped me and should be commended for putting with my disgust as the process.

I WISH CHASE WOULD STOP CHANGING THEIR OPEN BANKING HOURS! IT'S FRUSTRATING!

I was desperately searching for a bank that would give me a business checking account for my cryptocurrency mining business. After being denied many times (due to a no cryptocurrency policy at most banks) I decided to apply online at Chase bank because we already have personal credit cards through them. I applied on Wednesday evening and was approved first thing the next morning. I know big banks have their problems but I appreciate how Chase Bank is not getting stuck in the old ways of banking like most other banks out there.

Did a wire transfer on 6/24 and the manager was on vacation. Nick the acting manager at the time asked me if I was sure I wanted to do the transfer I said yes. He then brings me paperwork to sign and it has the wrong amount. He said he would fix that and brings me another paper to sign with the correct amount. The next day when the recipient whom I know went to get their money, his account was frozen due to chases mistake. I called chase banks wiring department and they told me that there was 2 wire transfers submitted for the same amount within 10-15 minutes of each other. The first one was stopped but the 2nd attempt was accepted. He told me the 1st one was still active waiting for sufficient funds. Chase CSR then assured me that they will cancelled the 1st attempt and not to worry. Then on Monday the 28th of June the recipients account was still frozen. I called chase again and asked to speak to Nick. I told him what the Chase CSR told me on the phone and he denied submitting it twice. So I spoke to his supervisor and was connected to Mike Kennedy. Mike said that while it was submitted twice it only went through once. I already knew this and told Mike that the double submission caused Bank of America to suspect fraud and freeze the recipients account. Mike insisted that Bank of America or the recipient were lying to me. I said come on Mike chase already told me nick submitted it twice within 15 minutes of each other but Mike refused to accept responsibility insisting the 2 submissions were not the reason. I said please help with this I don't have enough to call an attorney. Mike immediately got upset and said since your are threatening me with an attorney (which I wasn't) I will expedite this transaction and OUR CONVERSATION IS OVER! then hung up on me. Then I called again but somehow got connected with Christian from a branch in St. Johns Florida while down there attending my fathers funeral. Christian told me that the 1st transfer attempt still hadn't been cancelled as I was told and was just sitting open waiting for sufficient funds. Had Christian not cancelled it for the 3rd time I would have lost another 8,500. So he spent over 2 hours on the phone with me, the recipient and bank of america in a 4-way call to get to the bottom of it. Both banks said they have verified and believe the transfer to be legit, accepted by Bank of America an was in the recipients account. They told me they would "Unfreeze" his account and it would be 24-48 hours. I believe after hanging up on me on the 28th Mike Kennedy accessed my account hours later after I had already fixed things based on times stamps of our call compared to his log in. So he accessed it without my permission and tried to recall the wire making it even more of a mess. The next day I fly home to Michigan and Earl from chase calls me. He says I am calling to make sure you actually want this transfer to go through. He advised me against it and tried hard to get me to reverse and recall it. I thought that was odd because I had already confirmed it went through an was in the recipients bank and was just waiting for Bank of America to unlock his acc. Earl assured me that it had not gone through and that he could still recall it. So I said yes OK go ahead and recall it the transfer. I then got a call back in about an hour and a half again from Earl telling me that Bank of America accepted the recall and that the money would be put back into my account within 1-4 days. On 7/2 Chase sends me a msg saying Bank of America wants to know one more time if the recall is legitimate. I said yes I will look for it to be in my account after the holiday. 7/6 and now chase is trying to tell me that Bank of American hasn't answered any of their msgs but I was told the opposite by Earl of Chase a week earlier. The recipient called his bank to see what is going on and Bank of America said they are closing his checking account and sending him a check for his balance with was roughly 250.00. What happened to the 8500 that was i

Very positive experience at this branch! Ryan was wonderful to help me wire money to Canada. He was very helpful and efficient. A spanish-speaking customer was able to get a translator. Bottled water was available because the drinking fountain was not. Nice job Chase!

I love Chase Bank. The 44th street location is my branch. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've had my account hacked. Chase was right on it! Refunded the money, and followed through tracking it down. I wouldnt consider banking anywhere else! Keep up the good work! I appreciate you.

HUUUUGE shoutout to Chase Bank!!! I had a payment discrepancy that led to 5 overdraft fees. Called and explained the situation in less than 5 minutes, didn’t give me any hassle or grief like others banks would, and they took all of charges away. Thought I was gonna have to be a real Karen about it, couldn’t believe how easy they made it. Thanks Chase!

Half the time at least one of the ATM's are down. Went to the ATM to pull out money the other day. I made one withdrawal. Chose the option to text my receipt to my phone. I get home and it said my account was overdrawn. Log in to my account and I got DOUBLE CHARGED at the ATM. This was late at night so there was no one I could call. How does this happen? Luckily a few hour later, I was "credited" the money back to my account that I didn't withdraw. I hate Chase, it's always something.
