Manager Jon-Paul is extremely rude, very unprofessional and resorted to name calling. I traded in my XR iPhone for a free iPhone 16 four months ago. The phone never got credited to my account and I’m being charged for the purchase of a new phone. Jon-Paul said I would not get a credit unless the phone shows up in the system. The store had it, it’s nowhere to be found and I won’t receive credit. Take your business somewhere else!

do not recommend them, they give you a very slow internet service and they also charge you a lot and those who work there do not help you at all, they are only there to steal you .

“Manager” Jon-Paul, is a joke. I’ve never been given such poor customer service. Lost xfinity a 10+ year customer. Gave attitude, because HIS store is incompetent.
They’ll refuse to give you a number for ACTUAL customer service.
This company overcharges you $30-50 EVERY SINGLE MONTH.
DESPITE YOU SIGNING A CONTRACT.

Avoid if at all possible. I can’t call the store because the only number is for the general xfinity line.
I cancelled my service on 1/4 and brought my modem back directly to this store in Grandville on 1/11 and the employee told me I would receive an email confirmation. I never got a confirmation email it was returned and keep getting reminders to return my equipment.
Since it is almost impossible to reach a person on the phone, on two separate dates I used the chat to confirm my equipment was received and I would get a refund since I was auto-billed for the full month of service. Both times I received confirmation from the rep my equipment was returned (I have both of these saved) only to get ANOTHER notice it wasn’t.
Called the number today and the rep tells me my equipment is still outstanding and he’ll check with the store.

They promise and don’t deliver . Don’t honor what the agents say. Horrible customer service . I’m a new customer and I wish I didn’t leave my previous provider.

Prior to my arrival I made an online appointment. My appointment was at 2:30 and they were able to assist me right away. Leah called me over to her station. Her body langue read that she did not want to be there. Due to being in customer service I gave her the benefit of doubt. Throughout the interaction she was rude and offered very little to no help. She kept referring to a entering a ticket and someone would call me back. No information given regarding what the ticket was for, who manages the ticket or when to expect a call back. I was confused and she clearly did not want to help me. I got up and walked away. On my way out I stopped by Jenny to explain my experience. She apologized and reassured me that she was going to help me. Jenny gave me her personal cell and email address. I am hopeful that Jenny will be able to help me understand my increased bill and give me guidance on how to manage it going forward (due to international travel).

Corporate greed. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Stay away at all cost. Pay more at another company and save yourself some stress, if price is a factor. Never using them again for my business account

They overcharged me more than what I see online. It was supposed to be $45. But they told me to sign for $50 and said it would be updated soon. After 3-4 days, I am still seeing a bill for $50. Why are they being deceitful?
Update 2 months later: I am still being charged $50. I chatted with them after they commented on my first review. They said it would be fixed soon, but nothing has changed. This is a deceitful store with dishonest employees. Please go to a different store.

Horrible service.
They don’t pay attention in store and have the wrong things sent to your home so cable can’t even get set up.
