My experience with the pharmacy staff has been terrible—possibly due to their long hours and heavy workload. While their drug prices are lower than other places, does that even matter if the medication is ineffective because they switched suppliers without ensuring quality? Trying to reason with them is pointless; they refuse to listen, acting as if they know better than their customers.

New Costco muffins are a bust. I don’t mind the fact that they are smaller, but the overall flavor is mid. They are nothing special (unlike the previous recipe) and a gas station muffin would be just as good.
I don’t even plan on finishing this one.

It’s Costco so the products are great. Prices are right. Selection at this location is decent but seems limited compared to what I’m used to. However, the employees are perfectly west Michigan. Costco has always been an enjoyable experience until I came here. Only time I’ve ever not enjoyed being at a Costco is here solely due to the staff. I hate spending money at Sam’s club but I definitely didn’t get everything I needed here because why would I want to spend any more money than necessary at a place where the employees make you feel bad. The actions of employees here would lose their job anywhere else in America. BUT AS I SAID THEY ARE PERFECTLY WEST MICHIGAN.

The customer service members were EXTREMELY rude. Whoever hired these people needs to SERIOUSLY rethink their staffing choices.

I’m just letting anyone know that has and will purchase these dog treats to be careful. We have now purchased two bags with dog food beetles in the bags. It’s hard to see them because they blend in so well with the color of these treats. They reproduce fast and are hard to get rid of. We have never had any issues until we bought these treats. They can make your dog very sick. I just want to put it out there.

I love shopping here you never know what your going to find its a treasure hunt. I got lots of great stuff , grocerys , clothes , toilet paper , tissues , snacks , christmas stuff , deserts , I love thier food restraunt the chicken bakes are sooo good ,
I will be back over and over again to shop.

This store keeps surprising with its gas price. Today Costco's gas price was $3.08, Meijer's gas price was $3.06. For me distance to Costco 10 mi, distance to Meijer 1 mi. Costco membership $65, Meijer membership $0. What's the point for grocery shopping at Costco?
