Feedback Regarding Recent Experience with Cricket Wireless
I am writing to share an unfortunate experience I had recently at the Wyoming, Michigan 28th Street location, which has ultimately led to the cancellation of my service with Cricket Wireless.
I recently purchased a flip phone for my 91-year-old mother. As she is unable to drive, having a reliable phone is essential for her well-being. I call her twice daily to check in. One afternoon, my call went straight to voicemail. Initially, I wasnāt too worried, but after calling again later that day and still getting voicemail, I decided to visit her in person. Thankfully, she was fine, but her phone wasnāt workingāit was neither receiving calls nor able to make them. I turned the phone off and restarted it, and it worked fine. However, the same issue occurred the following morning.
We visited your Wyoming location to explain the issue, and while the phone was working again after another reboot, I wanted to address the ongoing problem. Unfortunately, the person at the desk dismissed our concerns, claiming there was nothing wrong with the phone and suggesting that someone may have been trying to call at the same time. I calmly explained this was not the case and that the phone was malfunctioning. I mentioned we would return if the problem persisted. At this point, the employee began yelling at me, which left me quite shocked and upset. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, and I have never experienced such behavior from a service provider.
When we returned home, the phone once again stopped working. I have since canceled our Cricket serviceānot due to the phone service itself, but because of the unacceptable customer service we received. The representative I spoke to during the cancellation assured me they would speak to management regarding the incident, and I sincerely hope this matter is addressed to improve the experience for future customers.

The guys at the store are cool, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I think they've all stayed with me over 1/2 an hour past close because the main reason I was there. The company they work for needs to improve on their SECURITY as well as Tech Support. Yes, the best internet service etc I ever had, but no Tech Support all weekend? The industry as a whole needs to work together period. Hardware Software-O/S-Platforms/Coding/Developers, Cellphone Manufacturers, Internet Providers, and of course our government need to get ahold of this "open-source" thing. Can't wait for the Gov/Lobbying scandals to be uncovered. Either way, Hackers are winning and we better all start complaining together or we better find John Connor.

I'm going to miss Adrian so much! I'm changing to AT & T ONLY bc it's my bf preference and we're combining plans.
Back to Adrian tho, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable, creative, assertive and bilingual. I've experienced all of these characteristics the many times he's helped me over the years.
He's added phones, upsold phones, enabled apps, waited with me for customer service, explained options, suggested products, put screen protectors off and on, advised what to buy elsewhere that's compatible with Cricket services, taken payments and offered sound advice.
I think I may have switched from Cricket a time or two if not for him, but he is a true salesman, wonderful customer service, very much a quality employee and asset to the company. (I wish he would switch to AT & T too!)
The past roughly 10 years have been great Cricket, some ups and downs but nothing a good employee couldn't smooth over. Thanks again and the very best of wishes.

First of all the phones seem to glitch and also I got some jbl head phones and they worked 2 weeks and they won't replace them DONT GO HERE its a waste of your money

Donāt go here, Iāve worked for Metro PCS and I know how things work, they charged me for a SIM card and didnāt give it to me. And double charge me thinking I was going to remember after all the sweet talk he was doing. And then tried to tell me to it was my phone when it definitely NOT! Donāt go here they will try to convince you to over pay just so they can get their commission. DONT GO HERE PLEASE. At the end of my visit I was right! It was never my phone and I made them give me my SIM card and did it myself. Heās a Hispanic guy that Iām sure took advantage of people that have no idea about phones and services ! They are RIP OFFS ! Donāt go!!

There was a post it note on The door saying they would be back in 15 min and I sat there for 37 min. The guy was inside was short with me and kept cutting me off when I tried to get help. He wouldnāt help me and I ended up leaving without answers. He told me to just call customer support.

I've had more problems and paid more with Cricket than the carrier I had for 12 years, since March 23rd! Cricket SUCKS! I've spent hours in store and on the phone with Moto and Cricket and I'm SO SORRY I went with them. Don't purchase or use Cricket as a carrier. After numerous calls and complaints to Moto they now say I've been hacked and Cricket wants me to pay for a new phone number and new sim card. I wish I never would have purchased from them! Worst and dumbest customer service reps at corporate and wait times are always long. I'm so fed up with the issues! DON't use Cricket as a carrier and DON't purchase a MOTO g 5g (2022) cell.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to add a line for my data ready iPad. Was told it's not possible. Then I look it up on my phone and found it. Tried to show it to the sales person but he refused and kicked me out saying I was rude. Guess it's not easy on seaff if customers know their plans better. Called another store. They say come on in we'll get it done for you.
