CVS is participating in the incredibly dangerous business of dispensing the abortion pill. This means little to no medical oversight and a 4 times higher risk of dangerous complications versus a surgical abortion. CVS is putting profit over people. Meijer and Family Fare aren't dispensing the abortion pill, give them your business instead.

I can't ever seem to just get my RXs in a timely manner anymore... Usually have to try multiple times because the wait is just too long! Frustrated isn't the word. You have two lanes now (one for pickup other for Covid19 tests) at least have the staff to work them separately...

The staff is super friendly and helpful but their attomated refill sucks! Twice now I have tried to fill my perscriptions and been told through their attomated system they are already filled; when I go to pick them up I find out they have NOT been filled and have to go back later to get them. This is a major pain in the rear! If they do not get this fixed I may have to look for a new pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the worst treatment from Kiet Lam (pharmacy manager) that I have ever experienced. He was irate and disrespectful over the phone. After asking him to quit interrupting he proceeded to raise his voice. He accused me of going thru the drive thru and never coming back in to resolve the issue, when in reality I have a receipt from coming into the store. I simply called to check on the status of my corrected prescription and was verbally disrespected by Kiet. It must also be noted that upon speaking to my insurance company it was Kiet's fault that CVS was submitting for 83 days and not the required 84 days. As a result the prescription was being rejected by my insurance provider. It sure seems that a Pharmacist who holds a PhD should recognize this and be able to problem solve. Instead Kiet resorted to being extremely disrespectful and made it out as if it was my fault. I will never utilize the pharmacy for my needs in the future nor will I recommend it to others.

I love this CVS the service here is by far the best from any other drug store I have been to. They are always friendly and are quick to offer help. Sometimes the cash registers are slow.
