Lisa, the Pharmacist, clearly had a bad day today because she was very rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 7:03 (as she was completing a transaction with another customer) not realizing the pharmacy closed at 7:00. In spite of the time, she did proceed to help me after saying “we close at 7, but I can help you.” We discussed the name and medication that I was picking up and she became more frustrated (There was a discrepancy with the pricing of the medication earlier in the day). She then made a grunting noise then stated, “this is so frustrating.” Wow! I would have been okay with Lisa saying “we closed at 7, but you can come back tomorrow.” At the end of the transaction, I thanked her and said “I hope you have a better night.” I didn’t say this to be sarcastic, but I really meant it. It can’t feel good when you have to work with people all day and this is the kind of energy you give off. Life is too short!

CVS inside Target at Clyde Park & 54th were very kind and helpful. Especially after having the worst pharmacy experience at the CVS at the corner of Fuller & Leonard. I was treated completely horrible by the staff. They couldn’t find my prescription sent over even days later and after my doctor called with all the confirmation of receiving it. Refusing to help in any way and I was just blown away by how horrible they treated me for no reason at all, I didn’t yell, raise my voice, curse, only wanted some resolution or suggestions on what to do.

Staff absolutely phenomenal! Any problems I've had had been through CVS or doctors and the AMAZING staff here is always ready to help. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy team!

Just used CVS in Target for the very first time (first time using CVS). Brian answered the phone, transferred my prescription from Meijer and called me back within minutes. Went to pick it up with no issues. Everyone was very pleasant. Will transfer all of my prescriptions.

Alleged manager Dave G. is very uneducated in the customer service field. Does he take medication? How long has he been a manager with Target? I really cannot understand how he got that job.

Staff is great, but their phone prompt refill system is terrible.
