Dr. E’s is an amazing shop. I am a picky person when it comes to the flavors I get and have trouble finding what I like and don’t. They helped me find new flavors and actually get excited about trying them with the actual information on the different brands that they carry too. I also love how personable it is l every time I go in there. Didn’t get much of that before, but this is now my “home store” so to speak. I would recommend them to anyone I meet that doesn’t already go there.

My experience with DR E has been incredible. They have a very nice and knowledgeable staff. And go the extra mile every time you stop in, to make sure their customers are satisfied, even for first time customers. They have a very large selection of products in store and if they don’t have it in store they will work there best to get it in store for you if you can’t find what you’re looking for. I stopped in here once looking for a juice I could no longer find the staff went the extra mile to look and try to obtain it in stock for me but found out it got removed from USA shelves all together. Although I couldn’t get what I was looking for they never stopped helping me find an exact replacement. Just from the random one time stop, I don’t go to any other vape store. You won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal customer service by Matt. I’m a truck driver from out of state but my terminal is local in Grand Rapids so I get through the area every couple of weeks. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. They ordered my favorite juice and let me know once they got it in stock. Above and beyond and dependable is not common as it should be today but you will receive that at this location. I went to a few local stores before I found this and customer service was what will keep me a loyal customer as well as knowing exactly how to help with all my questions and concerns. Thank you

All I can say is they didn't have my coils they told me they could order them but it would be 2 weeks and they had um in a week good service n I hope they keep my fluid in cus ive not found it any where else with that cool place n I want izzy lol

Best customer service ! Went above and beyond! Was very impressed by the focus on customer service, took the time ti explain my device to me even though I didn’t purchase from them , they carried the battery that I needed and even put a special order in so I get my favorite flavor juice! Will definitely be back. They were stocked up on coils and had the best selection of vapes and very reasonable prices everything was clean and organized . I wish i would of known about them sooner! Thank you Matt for helping me out today!

Matt the manger provide me with the best experiences I’ve ever had a smoke shop. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and explained how and why he feels like it would be a good fit me . This guy need to get paid more .
