I purchased a phone at best buy and they chose fedex to do home delivery (first time experience) they charged me $45 for next day shippping. Package was delayed until second day. Was notified at 7am the package was out for delivery and should arrive by 8pm. With no real time tracking i was notified till after delivery was supposedly made. I was home alone all day I never heard a knock unless they were playing silent ding dong ditch -_- i Was given a door tag number but no tag on my door? Customer service was nice but not helpfull. Fedex is an absolute nightmare. Ive never used it before this and never ever will again!!! 0 stars

Fed ex online terrible. Customer service terrible. Tried to get shipment of refrigeratored meds. Will most likely be spoiled next day. Cannot talk to anyone who cares.
