I've been with this bank for many years but I may be leaving them because now they require the last six digits of my SS# and a security code sent to my phone to log on and use their mobile app. Adding the second security step of having a code sent to your phone was needed and over due but I don't want to have to enter six digits of my SS# for obvious reasons. I have accounts with Fidelity and other larger institutions that require the security code but none of them require any portion of my SS# to log in to my account.

Went to get a cash withdrawal and it took the lady 15 minutes. It should NEVER take this long. On top of that she was rude..never coming to this location again.

We have been over drafted multiple times, when we have it set up to decline transactions if the money is not there. I keep records of my transaction and payments and the online banking system has been off on the pending transactions causing an overdraft fee that should not exist.
