Genuinely the worst thrift store in Wyoming, MI. Bought pajamas and was charged for a dress. Bought a pair of leggings and was charged $7.99. Got home and realized the pants have a huge hole in the leg. I won't return the items because I will be given in store credit and don't wish to spend anymore money there ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ Go to New Life on 44th and Division for better prices and better quality products.

Some of there stuff is really overpriced. I realize it’s new stuff but it’s at Goodwill and should be priced accordingly.

I only like to leave good reviews but one of the employees really rubbed me the wrong way. My boyfriend and I were waiting outside the fitting rooms to catch someone to unlock one for us. (There was an open room but it had puke in it). I asked an employee that was walking by us if he could and he responded by saying “just knock” while waiving his fist in a knocking manner and heading to the back of the store where only employees can go. We sat there super surprised by how rude his response was. He also told us (rudely) that “there’s one open right here!” And we responded by saying that there was puke in it. He then proceeded to be rude to the younger girl that was working, and told her (in an extremely rude tone) to “just go get the mop and clean it up!” The girl was nice and she ran to the back to find a key to open one up for us. We kept waiting there for a few more minutes, and the man came back out and was just walking around near the fitting room area looking at stuff and not helping us. I wasn’t even interested in trying my things on after that because he honestly just ruined our experience there. He said to us again rudely like we were just d**** “well did you knock?” And we stated yes and we can’t get in because they’re locked. Then the girl came out with the key and let us in and I don’t know where the man went. Just an extremely cranky and rude man. I’m going to assume he was just having a really bad day and not harbor angry feelings. The other employees were great!

there’s a person there with two outdated lip piercings and he is incredibly rude and moved my cart with my purse in it to the end of the aisle without permission because he wanted to put some things in the rack exactly where i was standing and then proceeded to yell at me that i should have moved for him. and he smelled really bad. super gross

The store itself wasn't that bad. I think bathroom cleanliness is very important for stores. I came a few minutes after opening and it was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to opening. The toilet paper was sitting on top of its holder, the floors were dirty, the toilet was dirty from top to bottom, and the baby changing table was still down. I try to be understanding of every store's issues but I think this is inexcusable. Very disappointing.

Over Priced. Many items for sale were broken and should be trashed. The restrooms were horrific. Feces on the toilet seat.?? Disgusting location. Never again!!

Renata is amazingly helpful and Gabe is always pleasant. The store is always clean and organized. When I asked Renata’s name so I could leave a review for her, all of the employees were singing her praises. She’s the manager here and apparently she’s adored by her employees. Super refreshing!
