8/3/2025 went in asked for 2 inches to be cut off the length all around 3 or 4 cuts in I said I asked if it was going to be 2 inches off by the time she done . She got done ... I said you have not cut 2 inches off any where my hair is thick like horse hair bushy ...she said I trimmed the dead ends off...
I said mame I asked for 2inches from the start...reminded you 3 or 4 cuts in I wanted 2 inches off you said I'm layering it now ...then told me to leave wanted me to pay for it
I asked for a manager...told her you did not give me what I asked for ...that is not how it work's ...told me to leave
I told her you should rethink working with the public...the most unhappy girl I seen in a long time
I did nothing but ask for the haircut I wanted
Not the one she could cut...not sure about this individual

Just left great clips on 54th street.
Typically it takes someone 10 minutes to cut my hair, pretty simple.
This young lady took like 45 minutes and clearly didn't know how to cut hair.
Butchered it up pretty bad.
Won't never go to another great clips again

Elbany was very rude, went in to get my hair thinned no length she pushed for me to do layers after stating no twice she then asked a third time, told me I need to get my money back from whoever did my highlights ( done by a professional and done how I wanted?). All around very rude, smacking her gum. wish i would have stopped her at the first incident and left.

in my more than 10 years of getting my hair cut with Great Clips I have never in my life had a better haircut experience and conversation (general customer service) experience than with Suzie at the 54th St lication, finominal job great personality and very genuine. keep absolutely killing it this is just another example of why I have been coming for so long

They are fast. They're call ahead service works perfectly. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job cutting hair. I go there with my two sons all the time.
