Had a leak in 3- season room new ,roof ,then new gutter helmets. called gutter helmet, they demanded pre-payment before coming out. I did not mind paying a service charge but did not want to give a voice on phone credit card number. Guy was real rude,I was upset as Gutter Helmets are not cheap and I paid cash. Long story short ,roofing co. found leak ,fixed,no pre-pay. I need to have icycle problem fixed, but I will never deal with this company again, I will remove gutter helmets this summer,as ice dams are a real problem. Product is ok, warranty is a lie, only on product not labor. COMPANY that installs does NOT care about return business. This company does many other home improvement things, but cares nothing about customers. I will never deal with them again because of poor service and RUDE customer service people. They didn’t last ten years and never worked. Water came over the tops . Put heat wire inside to try eliminate icycles ,worked , doubled my electric bill ! They are gone , I’m installing my own from big box store. Don’t let these people in your house. Hard sales tactics! They don’t work!

***BUYER BEWARE*** REFER TO THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S WEBSITE ABOUT HIRING CONTRACTORS BEFORE CONTACTING INFINITY HOME IMPROVEMENT IN WYOMING, MI The entire project was awful and extremely regretful. The salesman applied high pressure sales tactics by staying after my wife asked him and his sales partner to leave at least twice. The lead salesperson told us he didn't drive 2 and a half hours from the office to take no for an answer. This is a serious red flag that we unfortunately missed. Also a missed red flag: Today only pricing. According to the Michigan Attorney General's website, this is also a red flag. Another red flag from the AG website was paying up front. The company didn't demand it, but a small discount was offered if up front payment was given. They also told us another area roofing company (Herbert Roofing) was not GAF "master elite". I checked with GAF's contractor services and they are. Talking bad about a rival company during a sales pitch is another red flag on the AG's site. The sales team arrived shortly after 7:30 pm and left well after 10:30 pm. They also severely misled us concerning our shingle color. They ripped off a small piece of an architectural shingle to show us how it would match up with our out-building. The tiny piece they showed us looked passable. The full sized shingle wasn't close to what we wanted, but the installation went through as my wife tried to pause the workers. They wouldn't stop at her request because they couldn't understand her or were pretending not to be able to. On the day this happened, the one person from the crew that could communicated with us was sleeping in their van until late morning. We did not know that until he woke up and got out of the van. We chose this company because we had Gutter Helmet already installed and were hoping to continue with it. We ended up not getting it put back on because they put a roof on that is not the color we wanted and would have looked terrible with the Gutter Helmet (which apparently frames the lower layer with architectural shingles instead of tucking under like they did with our old 3-tab shingles - another detail conveniently left out by them). With the poor workmanship and quality with the roof and gutters, it no longer made sense to put Gutter Helmet back on anyway. We aren't confident that this roof will keep out house dry, so more work will be required anyway. The installers were never on time and the project manager could not reliably contact them to find out where they were at. The installation of everything is extremely sloppy. The roof was put on during high enough temperatures to be damaged by workers walking on the shingles (as well as dropping tools on the warm shingles). The drip-edge looks awful as there are large gaps at every corner. There was excessive asphalt loss piled up in our new gutters, which also leaked up top and at the downspout extensions. This, as well as removing the gutters 5 days before the roof installation began, caused us to have water in our basement for the first time in the 10+ years we've lived here. A few of the minor installation defects were addressed (as was the "up top" gutter leak - I fixed the rest myself because I no longer trust these people to touch my home). The roof valleys were not installed to GAF specifications and GAF has informed me that they will not warranty their shingles if they aren't installed correctly. Infinity Home Improvements is a GAF "master elite" installer. I checked with GAF about this. I don't trust what "master elite" actually means - given the poor quality of work that was done to my home. I overpaid. I though I was getting the last roof I'd ever need. The salesman assured me that I was getting the best at the end of signing the contract. The salesman told me a lie. This workmanship is poor and this company will not assume accountability for it. It's a company that contracts everything out - so tracing accountability is difficult for

The work was spelled out well and the pricing was acceptable. The work crew was professional, polite, hard working, and they completed the work within the schedule promised. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves before leaving. Assistance in setting up financing was offered and accepted with no problems. I would hire Infinity Home Improvement again.

They made my bathroom easier and safe for me. They were a pkeasent company to work with and the installation crew were the greatest, they were on time, very conscious of there work which was outstanding, they were very hard workers. No complaints on them at all, and I would have them come back for another job anytime

High pressure sales person who spent over an hour pushing was almost a dealbreaker. Product is expensive, but I had a good experience in another state and was tired of cleaning out gutters 3x a year. First winter after installation, ice jams caused large icicles; same thing second and third. I'd heard customer service was minimal, so I didn't bother calling. Infinity continues to cold call with offers of different products or services. I don't want to endure another hour + sales pitch. I'd give them two stars for sales processes, but the product is doing the job.
