Had 2 different brands of sawzall's one a corded chicago electric the 2nd one a bower battery powered both had broke within the 90 days an I returned them without any issues

Awful customer service. Questions not answered. Being hounded by 2 cashiers and manager over ear piece about them closing. Obviously I was in the store before you closed. I can shop freely. Not to be baby-sat.

Harbor freight had everything I needed and more. The prices are great but wasn't to happy with service cause I was treated like a idiot for asking were the tools I was looking for were located in the store. so based on my experience when you look a tool up at harbor freight look for the location of that tool to avoid being treated like your the dirt beneath their feet...

I was checking out prices for brad nailers and sanding equipment and apparently since I had my backpack on I was asked to leave by a security guard. No explanation from a manager, I will not be shopping be here again and will encourage anyone else to go elsewhere. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate.
