We had Home Depot Home Services reface our kitchen cabinets, install a coffee bar, and install new kitchen cabinet doors. First the good. Our installer, Byron, was awesome! (He was a subcontractor, not an employee of Home Depot Home Services). He was very detail oriented, cleaned up the job site every day, was very friendly, and the portions of the job that he did look great! He even went the extra mile and installed some floating shelves above the coffee bar. Byron was great! Now the bad. The salesman, Paul was friendly, but a bit pushy. In hindsight, we probably should have delayed our purchase to compare quotes, but the salesman did a good job creating a sense of urgency. So...beware the sales tactics. For example, at one point he offered a couple thousand off. I asked how long we had to consider the offer. He said once he left our house, the offer was off the table. The sales meeting was supposed to be about an hour. It was 2 hours! The salesman promised he would "oversee the project, every step of the way." But as soon as we signed the contract, we never heard from him again. I even emailed him twice during the project with questions, but he never responded to my emails. We had to pay up front for the job...over $20,000. That was 2 months ago. The job is still not complete, because the measurer measured wrong and 4 of the main cabinet doors were the wrong size...by a lot! They initially told us it would be just a couple weeks to get the correct doors in stock, and they would contact us with an install date for the doors. But they never called. We had to call them a couple weeks later, and then we were told it would be just another couple weeks. Now, they are telling us...hopefully next week. It always seems to be "next week." I suspect that since they already have 100% payment in full, they are putting people on other jobs rather than ours. Finally, the communication has been horrible, from both the project coordinator and the service manager. They are Chris and Ian. They do not return calls or texts, unless you bug them multiple times. I asked them for an invoice of the project, for my records (a pretty basic request). I left a voicemail. No response. I called again, and Chris told me Ian would call me. Ian didn't call me. So I contacted them again. Then Ian finally texted me, but he didn't answer my question about an invoice. So I texted him back to get the invoice. No response. A week later I texted him again. He finally responded and said he couldn't provide an invoice. I asked a follow up question about why they could not provide an invoice. That was a week ago. Again, no response as of today.So...my advice would be:1) Be wary of salesman tricks.2) Shop around and have numbers to counter the salesman's offer.3) Ask for BYRON as your installer. He is top-notch!4) Get a copy of the invoice ahead of time.5) Negotiate that you will pay 50% down, then 50% upon completion of the project. That will incentivize them to actually get it done.p.s. If someone who works at Home Depot Home Services reads this and would like to send me an invoice, I would appreciate it.Services: Home renovations

I went to this Home Depot on Saturday, June 13th, 2020. About 40% of the employees were not wearing a mask. One employee who was "selling" kitchen remodels, walked right up to us not wearing a mask, and started talking to us less than a foot away. Needless to say we immediately walked away. Why aren't the employees in this store required to wear masks???!

Horrible customer service. Manager was uptight and wouldn't even hear what I wanted to say or at least what I was trying to say. Lady at appliances was walking away as I was talking to her. I have spent so much money here it's pretty ridiculous they don't care about their customers.

This afternoon we had an extremely slow and extremely rude cashier. There was only one actual person run register open in the store. We waited for at least ten minutes to even get to the counter. And once we did our cashier was extremely rude and slow. It was the worst experience with Home Depot I have ever experienced. Normally their employees are very helpful and kind!

I had to give it one star because that's the lowest you could give... they were rude in knowledgeable of their products and where they were located... when I asked to speak with a manager I was told Jordan was at lunch. Which was not true he finally came to my aide and was very unconcerned and not friendly at all. With 2 house and my business I have spent well over $50000 only to be treated as such

Purchased flooring from HD. Had problems the first time I used them years ago and stupid me thought they might be better now. Nope. They're all smiles and glad to help you with the sale. God help you if there's a problem after. They'll point the finger to the contractor they use for installations. The subcontractor they use sucks for customer service and HD acts like there's nothing they can do about the installer they sub to. Eventually it got taken care of after the installer made two attempts at the repair. Please feel free to message me for details of my problems. You want flooring, please take my advise and use somebody else.

Manager Holly made us feel very welcome when we entered the store today. She immediately pointed us in the right direction and asked another employees to help us out. Employee Steph up front was very quick and pleasant to deal with and made us feel like a valued customer. Employee Ron went above and beyond today trying to find the most cost effective solution to our problem. He searched the Home Depot website, did some math, gave us some different prices and options to consider, then we ended up leaving with some blinds he cut to width for us. Extremely helpful!

When I had to return an appliance tonight what could have been a very bad experience ended up being a good one. Thank you to Cassidy, Deborah, and Tommy for handling the situation professionally and solved the problem as efficiently as they could. Great customer service. I will definitely keep coming back to this store.
