This is the worst place to get your taxes done. Faulty work without real assistance and they overcharge compared to other companies.. It's great for elderly people though..

OUTRAGEOUS CROOKS, they keep your tax returns hostage and lure customers with discounts and promotions but as soon as you go in to pay their RIDICULOUS FEES they pull them and say they are expired!!!
I have paid almost $1000 dollars to file for 4 years and they failed to file them on time or correctly. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS P.O.S. BRANCH OR COMPANY

Arrived 15 minutes early to appointment, about 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment we asked secretary how long it would before we were seen, she fanned her hand at us and told us withban attitude "he'll be with you when he's ready". Clearly the customers ain't important here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND having your taxes done by this H&R block location, I never leave reviews however the service provided was just terrible. It took over 2 months to get my return due to lazy work being done by my tax filer. Communication was lackadaisical and I would expect for my "tax pro" to be able to do their job correctly for the high price being paid. If you read this review and still choose to use this H&R block to file, the repercussions and headache are on you, you have been warned.

Do not use them for your taxes if you actually want them done right. They are rude and do NOT know how to do taxes. They failed to prepare our city taxes, even though they assured us they were in the envelope. When we found they werent done we were told we had come back. Came back and they said we owed (should have been our 2nd clue they didnt know what they were doing). Paid it and then had the City send us a refund. All because H&R block did not put the amount my husband had taken out of his salary. They could have cared less.
