I recommend an appointment. The teller was nice, but no support from management. I requested something from the vault and was asked to wait. However, after 30 minutes of waiting for cash from my financial institution... I strongly recommend to visit a different location.

I have a few problems with this bank, but I'll only point out the top 3 that stand out. 1. Immediately after opening a joint account with my husband, we both regularly began receiving phishing texts with sketchy links claiming to be LMCU with cries such as $1800 has been withdrawn from our account so act fast. It's incredibly annoying and makes us feel that our information was not well protected by LMCU. 2. Zelle transferring services have been unavailable for well over a month, which has caused us late payment issues because our main bank has no branches within a 100-mile radius, which is WHY we opened accounts at LMCU to begin with. Most recently, 3. I went to withdraw money from the LMCU ATM outside of the bank, and my transaction was declined. Since I was already there, I went inside to complete the transaction, and after some review from the teller, they could not determine why my transaction was denied by the ATM on site. Will this happen again in a less convenient location and leave me in a pickle? Who knows. They can't even figure out the cause in order to prevent future occurrences.Overall they have caused us many an inconvenience beyond what has been noted here and I felt obligated to share this as it's no small impact transferring accounts and bills to another bank entirely to include credit checks that impact your credit score. While I don't like LMCU and have had far better experiences at banks such as NFCU, I'm hesitant to start all over because it was such a headache the first time.I'm not frequently one to be harsh on reviews, but since this is no Burger King and has more impact than less serious business, I am being more firm.The one positive that does stand out about LMCU is that every staff member and bank teller I have interacted with has been incredibly polite, patient, and kind. I have no qualms with them. They're great, their institution not so much.Update: They got rid of Zelle and offer no routes to transfer money from your LMCU account to an outside bank that is not yourself.

They’re no longer printing replacement debit cards here, but there’s no way of finding that out online or by trying to call first. If you need a new card, it’s 7-10 business days, unless you want to pay a $35 fee. It feels like they’re just cutting corners and blaming it on “supply chain issues”.
