Anecdotally, a couple bought a slice of pizza from next door. While stupidly trying to juggle more than they could carry, they dropped a slice of their pizza on the floor, through no fault of the cashier (one of the owners). She asked how much the pizza was, and gave the couple the cost of their dropped slice. Just good, wholesome people.”

“I've shopped here for 12 years. There have been ups and downs to going here, but I always get treated right by the owner and his staff. I go here instead of Grandville market, which is closer to my house, because I get treated better, the prices are decent, and there usually aren't people outside trying to bother me when I'm trying to leave. This is my local liquor store and I love it.”

“The alcohol is normally state minimums. They have a wide selection of spirits with a fair amount of top shelf. Many local distillery options like coppercraft, journeymans distillery and iron fish distillery.”
“Probably the best beer selection of any store within a one mile radius. Good food and snack selection too. Reasonably priced. That gets 4 stars. What earns this place a fifth star is that they serve as the bank for the underbanked. That is to say, they cash a ton of paychecks for folks that don't speak a word of anything that I can understand. You don't cash a paycheck at a party store unless you can't cash it anywhere else. I applaud this local business for doing the right thing, and serving folks that are paid with a piece of paper that they can't do anything with.”
