Marshalls is a store full of surprises with a great and ever-changing selection across ladies fashion, men's, boys', and kids' clothing, shoes, beauty, home, blankets, bedding, and pet toys. Many find awesome deals, really nice items, and excellent choices within their price range, noting a good clearance section. The store receives new items weekly, leading to a lot of inventory. Customer service experiences are often highlighted positively, with polite, professional, and helpful employees who offer excellent customer service. Some staff go out of their way to assist customers in finding items. However, the store can be very disorganized, with products and trash on the floor, and dressing rooms sometimes filled with clothes. A recurring concern is the destruction of property by some children, with merchandise and boxes being ripped open. Despite this, many appreciate the clean, well-stocked areas and the hardworking employees stocking shelves. Overall, it is a store with brands and prices that thrill, making for a surprising shopping trip.
We LOVE this place and always find good stuff. But lately it seems really disorganized and chaotic on the left side of the store as you walk in.

Aisles were narrow so tough to maneuver with a cart on a busy Saturday afternoon. Lots of treasures & gift ideas but we need king size sheets & they were gone! Long line at checkout but they kept people moving & our cashier was/is a Michigan fan & was quick & polite.
