Team members are very unhelpful and make a point to not go out of their way to help customers. I needed help today and they were Refusing to help me all I needed was a paystub. They do my
Employers payroll. I called there three times. The first time they took down none of my information. The second time they took down a little bit of my information and the third time I was told they were unable to help.

Not happy that the ATM stole my card and I now have to wait 7-10 days to receive a new card and I know for certain that this same ATM has stolen other members cards in the past. If this is a continued issue then why hasn't anything been done. It's such an inconvenience!

FIVE DOLLAR fee to use their ATM. If that’s the ATM I don’t want to see the fees for customers.

I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.
