Absolutely fantastic service.
I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.
Thank you! (And thank you to the lady at 44th and Clyde Park too!)

I had the most wonderful experience here! Leslie & Francis went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me with my issue. They were very helpful, patient & extremely kind. I would highly recommend this facility to friends & family. If Leslie or Francis are there, you WILL NOT LEAVE DISAPPOINTED.
