They were so understanding of my situation, very professional, & took care of my belongings which included heavy solid-wood furniture & sentimental wood cat towers that were both made by my late dad & that I wanted to preserve after losing all three of my babies (cats) in the fire. Their compassion & understanding really helped me through an emotional day. Thank you so much... ♥️”

“Above & Beyond expectations! Customer service could be their middle name. I arranged delivery of a pod - and got a text when there were near. The unit was dropped off exactly as I asked. The process was easy.
I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.”

First, the company adapted to a Saturday schedule to accommodate our family's schedule. Also, they were consistently available to answer questions and provide reassurance, e.g., their ability to handle a difficult weather circumstance on moving day. While the crew arrived earlier than expected, it turned out to be a good thing because the move required more adaptation than expected (which might have been anticipated?). “The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!”
“I don’t know what our drivers name was but he was a very nice gentleman. He was polite to my mom as she watched him unload and load the container the entire time.”
