Not just this one location, in general all locations. Don’t recommend anything to do any financial services with them, don’t get no loans unless you want to lose your belongings unless that’s what you want this place go after everything you have if you don’t pay them a week listen a week past due

Do not by any means get a loan here. They do not work with you in any situation but instead make it more difficult to make any payments by tacking substantial amounts of $$ for Insurance when a policy is in place but doesnt have the right "Bloom" on it. They do not work with your insurance company to fix it either. You have to call their insurance handler and figure it all out on your own. It makes it impossible to make payments. Then they threaten you with Reposession. I am not treated with respect and feel the lowest of low here. Its as if Brian gets joy out of making people suffer. I am to the point of letting them win and allowing them to have these cars and just pay cash for future ones as the moving target of what to pay becomes a full time job and discussion with Brian monthly to figure out since their website doesnt show the correct amount. Sharing my experience as I hope my pain and stress saves others from going through this. I have had loans with other companies and it was easy to make payments and no surprises- save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I opened an account when I was refinancing my home and wasn’t aware my account would be charged a fee since I was making all of my monthly payments but it was. I went into the branch to cancel my account and the tellers showed a lack of interest in figuring out the reason for the dissatisfaction and proceeded to just cancel my account and keep the $2 that were left per the account balance statement mailed to me while telling me the account was at $0. While that maybe possible if I was charged more fees the lack of good customer service was reassurance that canceling my account was the right move. Don’t give your money to a credit union with employees that don’t care about their members! Go to LMCU, I’ve had a better experience there.

Every time I've had to go into bloom credit Union or talk to the staff on the phone they have been wonderful and very helpful. Banking can be sometimes confusing depending on what your doing. They make seem so easy. I appreciate their patience with me

Unprofessional. Always saying they will call back. Called them after 2 weeks of nothing. Then they said they’d call back that day, of course did not. Reached out again and was on hold for an hour and didn’t speak to anyone

Time to change. Trying to get my May statement. Not posted online. Called and told it would be another 2-3 days before I can get it online. Assistant tried to get it behind from the scenes but not available. Trying to close on home loan with another bank. This is the only paperwork I am waiting on to close loan. In this day and age hard to believe they cant post on first of month. Will be closing all accounts and moving on.

I grew up with mpcu as my bank. It became bloom and became a nightmare unfortunately. Nothing against the employees as all I've met were great but the company itself is terrible in my opinion. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely had the best experience today @ the Wyoming location with Kinda Deising & Katie Pell. I was in the application process of an auto loan with Bloom CU and reached out to them for help. Kinda was able to identify my issue and Katie was able to completely take care of it. Not only did they make it an enjoyable experience but they were very expeditious. It was really nice leaving the bank feeling positive about our transaction. Thank you Katie & Kinda!

I was told that I was good to go with an auto loan twice-then when I went to make a move the interest rate jumped. The loan department is a joke!
