Unfortunately I had a bad experience at two separate branches. I felt that the employees did not want to assist me in opening an account. Although I do not have six figure money coming in, I still felt as if they thought I was bringing in pennies and looked at me as worthless. Since I felt mistreated at one branch, I decided to try another PNC branch and had similar treatment. I decided to take my banking needs elsewhere. Management should step in and discuss further training with staff.

This bank is a criminal and a thief they take your money of hundreds of dollars and hold onto to it making investments for over 10 days profiting off your misery and pain laughing at you while they become richer and not caring about your money they owe you immediately. They are thieves. Do not bank with them or do business with them.

I've been with PNC for 2 years and almost 5 months and they have been really helpful never had a problem since being with the bank everyone is helpful

They charge 2% ($80 in my case) to cash a check drawn from their own BANK.. that check had THEIR OWN LOGO on it.Unacceptable.

This place is trash it’s slow I been put on hold 3 different times and was waiting 20 min each then the money on my account says it will be pending on my account but then when the day comes it’s still pending I don’t like this bank

Very friendly service here, Was greeted right away by the Bank Tellers and was assisted within seconds of walking in , Manager is super nice and was really helpful with my visit today!

Shockingly, unnecessarily RUDE, condescending teller & manager. Apparently a drivers license is not enough ID to cash a check drawn on PNC bank. Repeatedly stated “I’ve never helped you before” as if memory is a factor in the service you receive. Still scathed by the whole experience. Why would you need to “know” me? That’s what ID is for.

I have never been so disgusted with a bank until now. Pnc bank is unprofessional and discriminates towards customers. I dont recommend this bank.
