Incident date and timeSaturday, March 12, 2023 8:30pmAfter having a devastating week learning my sweet pitbull has lymphoma, I decided to stop into the store and purchase a watermelon ice ELFBAR vape. I was not offered or given a receipt. After getting back in my car, I opened the packaging and pulled back onto 44th St. I took my first hit and discovered the vape continued to fire after the hit. I shook hard and finally got it to stop firing. Took another hit and it did the same thing. I immediately turned the car around and went straight back to the store to exchange it. I had a hard time understanding what the young man at the counter was telling me due to a language barrier but realized this was not going to be a cut and dry transaction. He was refusing to exchange the product because apparently I needed to test the product IN THE STORE in order for him to offer me an exchange or return. I politely asked him if he could make an exception just this one time because I had just been in the store minutes earlier and hadn’t seen anything posted about this policy nor had he advised me of this.I am a very reasonable person and would completely understand if I had come back the next day or even hours later. He refused to make an exception and basically told me I was out of luck. Not only is vaping in their store ILLEGAL, so is refusing to allow a return/exchange on a defective product unless they have a clearly stated policy of no returns/exchanges.I was beside myself and could not believe this gentleman would not work with me on this! I gave him two options, exchange the product or I would file a dispute with my credit card company for the charge. Again, he threw his hands in the air and rudely refused. I put the defective product in my purse, went to my car, called my credit card company and had the charge immediately reversed. This employee’s lack of customer service resulted in product loss, loss of future sales, customers and negative reviews. If I owned the business this employee would have been fired on the spot.

absolutely love these guy!. I've never had a bad experience here. everyone is always really friendly and helpful when we go in there. it's quite literally the only liquor store I go to.

At first the clerks were very nice and professional and i enjoyed supporting the business but i’ve had not great experiences with the girl at the counter the past two times i’ve gone in, she needs an attitude check

They had a wide selection of liquor and wine. We stopped in to stock up for a Bachelorette party. The staff was friendly and took care of us.

This place has vast options, always evolving. Place feels fresh or new like every week on the inside. Staff is cool, they know what they’re doing. Great, easy experience. Seldom have to wait.

My fiance just paid 90+ dollars for a 1L of Henessy she did not mind because she thought it was 1.75L.Much cheaper at any other store nearby. Spoke with the manager and he said he is just following the owners prices and he can not adjust them.
