Timely and great service. They give a call about cost before any repairs are made, so there are no surprises. Issues with my vehicle are explained to me including future fixes that I can anticipate. Always available for questions I have. Three time repeat customer in the last year.

One star. Because I took my vehicle thinking that they would pin point exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, end up with over $1k just for throttle body, and just to tell me that they thought that was the problem but they couldn’t figured out why the car kept stalling and engine shaking. I had to do my own investigation and it was just the gas pedal sensor. They had my vehicle for over a week and they couldn’t find the problem. Over $1k for throttle body! Ridiculous.

Was an extensive amount of work: motor mounts, rear suspension parts, all fluids changed. The ‘clunk’ that used to happen on acceleration is now gone (which was a previous concern). Real Pro managed to find a few options that reduced the cost by a couple hundred dollars, so they were were not ‘padding the bill’ at all. I’m a satisfied customer, and plan to go back there for future repair needs.

I’m giving one star because the additional charges beyond the diagnostic fee were not explained upfront. I agreed to have my car diagnosed under the impression that the diagnostic fee covered everything related to identifying the problem, but I was surprised when the final bill was more than double just for that. When I went to pick up my car, the first employee I spoke with said the $159 plus tax only covered an OBD diagnosis, and my new diagnostic fee total was $397. I later spoke with the manager, who was very friendly and respectful, but I had to explain that I’m a student before the bill was slightly reduced. I’d suggest being transparent about all potential diagnostic charges from the start.

These are genuinely honest and fantastic people. I have NEVER felt like I could trust any mechanics. And I was correct 100 ? percent of the time. Real Pro was Professional, thorough,timely and honest. And even generous.
I was well informed at everything they had helped me with. They speak with you as equals and do not try to sell anything but great service and honesty. I will not go to any other mechanics.

Craig was great!! I didn’t have a ride after the appointment so I stayed in the waiting room the entire time. As a young single woman I was afraid to walk around alone so I wanted to stay in the shop. Craig spoke to me for the majority of my stay and was very friendly. I believe the second person to talk with me was named Bob, and he was very nice. I even saw a woman bring in her high school son and say “i am dropping off my songs car, our neighbors recommended you!” definitely will be coming back! soooo honest!!
