I will tell you that they did a great job. My couch came damage free. The lady in the office in Grand rapids was super nice. I was worried at first because of the reviews but I wouldn't hesitate to use this shipping company again.

Pulled up for a pallet needing readjusting, and they had me in and out in no time. Call ahead for the truck route in case of any change for outside carriers. It is located in a neighboring area with one route in and out.
