I went in today not knowing what to expect but greeted by a professional caring woman name Becky she made the process so quick n easy and I couldn't ask for a better experience thank you Becky for everything. As a long-term customer, they kept raising rates until our unit cost 2.5x as much as what a new customer would pay. Switched to another company instead.
(I wasn't even going to write a review, but since leaving the unit, I've received *four* emails from them asking me to give them feedback... so this is my feedback.)

Someone I know had storage unit here and found out the storage building has mice! You can smell the mice throughout the building and see them. People pay to much money to have to bring their belongings there and pay hundreds a month to have to deal with a mice.

CubeSmart itself is probably wonderful, however I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Dealing with Kristy has been by far my worst experience with any professional company I have ever had! She is very rude and inconsiderate of other people and their belongings. I am getting my credit card shut off and replaced because not only did she overcharge me, but she charged my card on someone else’s account. The very next day she locked me out of my unit, charged me with a late fee, and refused to work towards a resolution. Kristy denied to provide any alternative numbers or persons in charge to talk to. On my contract it says I have 6 days before getting locked out or charged, and this was FULLY her mistake. It took over a week to get settled and after my dad paid AGAIN on top of what I was already over charged to get my stuff out ASAP, and talked with someone above her, Kristy then charged me 54 dollars within the same month I have already paid THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND THREE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS! not to mention the 3rd payment was charged AFTER I emptied and cleaned out my unit. I’m not sure if she is laundering money for herself or what is going on here but KEEP YOUR MONEY SECURE AND DO NOT RENT ANY UNIT FROM THE 36th ST LOCATION !!!!!!
