It amazes me that this place went BACKWARDS after these few years. Why do we have to use touch screens in a facility that SEES HUNDREDS OF SICK PEOPLE EVERY DAY?! I don't want to use a germy screen to check my healthy self in to my dr appt. Especially when there are still employees just sitting at a desk doing nothing now. This is ridiculous.

Poorly run blood lab. Waited 30 minutes and when people who got there after me started getting called in, I left.

Heather M Kozlowski basically made it seem like I was acting sick so I didn’t have to go to work. But in all actuality I was was sick from the air quality!

I arrived to do some lab work. Check in was very easy with the Kiosk. My phlebotomist Monica did amazing work! Never felt the needle go in. ?

I love this location. All the employees are so friendly and have a sense of urgency. This is the only location I will go to moving forward. Every single experience there has been positive.

I was very impressed with the care and treatment I received here yesterday. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and happy to help, which is unfortunately not common much anymore. This location is not near my house, but I visited it because it had a shorter wait time. I'd honestly go out of my way if I need urgent care again. Absolutely wonderful !

I was a patient here until the entire office left about a year ago.I was given a strange provider and when I asked to be put with someone I knew I was told sorry.Now they won’t allow me to be a patient anymore.There are NO PCP doctors available and I have a Spectrum Health insurance plan.Corewell health sucks!No one is willing to help find a decent PCP.I have a heart condition and need a Spectrum doctor who will work with my Spectrum CardiologistThey are SO lousy lately and don’t care about the patients at all!You give that standard response all the time !Why don’t you reach out to patients who are unhappy with your services?Why should we have to reach out to you?

I went in very sick with pneumonia. They listened to my lungs cracking and popping and took a chest X-ray but found "nothing'. However, I was still told I was so sick they should call an ambulance to take me to emergency. I said no and went home to regroup before I took myself a few hours later, once I'd rested a bit. Once home I got a call from a nurse saying they "think they saw pneumonia and be sure and go on to the hospital", which I diid. Once there I asked the Dr why they couldn't hear or see it at the med center and he said he had no idea, that there was a definite crackling in my lungs and it was clear on the X-ray. Another failed attempt by this same med center that has failed us before. We will never, ever, go back here. They don't know anything and are unable to do anything if they did.My partner went in with extreme pain in his back. He was given a shot but they gave it to him in his SCIATIC NERVE! He ended up at another med center within hours when the pain they had caused by the shot became excruciating. That's when we were told what they had done earlier. He now has issues with his sciatic nerve, along with his back, because of this "mistake".Bypass this place. It's a waste of your time and you'll be lucky if you come out better than when you went in.

For some asinine reason they force you to go to the urgent care for a pre employment drug screening. Over an hour waiting so far. People have been sitting in the urgent care for 3 hours. Avoid at all costs.

Wife is in the very last stages of rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor wants take her off her life saving meds. Very disappointed with the "care" of this so-called medical facility. Ever since the changing of medical doctors, things have progressively gone from bad to worse. My wife was taken off almost all her meds that she needs in her everyday life. Wife is very sick but all tests came back as stable. Was not even allowed to speak. The non "provider" had already made up their mind that she wasn't to be seen anymore so coming here was a waste of time and money. Will not be coming here anymore unless I wanted to be treated by the Gestapso regime. What has happened to great customer care? It is not at this facility anymore.

I normally like coming to this office and lab. Today, I was very disheartened by the way I saw elderly people treated upstairs at the #1 registration area. Repeatedly, elderly people were asked if they were unsteady on their feet or had fallen me than twice in the past year. I heard at least 6 people express yes to these questions. They were then required to STAND for 5 minutes while the lady at the desk SAT and registered them. One older gentleman was obviously unsteady and reached over the rope to steady himself using the edge of the counter. The lady at the desk yelled at him to stay behind the rope. Then he tried to use the rope pole and she yelled at him again for touching it. He has already expressed through her questions that he was a fall hazard and had trouble standing. Finally, after over 5 minutes of standing and waiting for their registration to be processed, his wife told the lady her husband really needed to sit down. The lady at registration was annoyed and said, ok, but you need to take his paperwork back and forth for me. It was so appalled by the lack of care given.
