No store management.
I am legally blind. I walked all around the store to locate and buy a cellphone. I found no one to help. I asked for the store manager at one of the checkouts. A woman who arrived, was totally uninterested in helping me and did not know if the store sold cellphones! WOW! I walked away in disgust.

Disappointed in customer service as it feels they are waiting for me to answer my own questions, and offer little to no solutions.
It genuinely just feels very lazy like they don’t have the energy to solve an issue or don’t care to try- and I mean multiple people just giving zero effort.
Go somewhere people will treat you like a person and respect the money you’re spending lol.

The store was terrible. There were things thrown all over the floor. The clothes on the racks were a mess, shoes on the floor. Couldn’t find anything when I was there. It looked like a tornado went through. I wish I had pictures to share

It was nice, the staff were friendly. I went there pretty late, around 10pm, so the self checkout lanes were closed and only customer service was open to check people out
