The UPS Store on 44th in Wyoming is a busy place. I was pretty concerned when I arrived and there were 10 people in front of me. Rather than taking a long time, the two staff members quickly worked through the needs of the customers and I ended up waiting less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five. And I received notice that my package arrived to its destination the promised time.

Visiting The UPS Store is usually very transactional; however, yesterday I had a very different experience. As I was walking in with an very large and cumbersome box, a team member, Reece, came from behind the counter and met me halfway through the store to carry the box. We completed my transaction and I mentioned I'd see him two more times for additional returns - to my surprise, I turned around and Reece was standing near my car waiting to carry in my boxes. You have a winner #1172 - keep this emerging professional around and invest in his growth! He was not only helpful but kind and witty.

The two guys working this morning were kind and efficient. There was a long line when I got there and they happily greeted every person and got us out of there within 10 minutes. By far the best UPS location I’ve been to.

So, all the employees were cordial, and extremely helpful. The only issue I had, and I get into a certain extent, is that they had to print the label for me because I don’t have a printer at home and they charged me two dollars for that. Other locations in town don’t charge for that. So if 4.5 stars was an option, I would choose that. I just wish there was consistent pricing between the stores

UPS is the actual worst company in the world. The delivery people are lazy, and deliver tags all day long without even KNOCKING. This location doesn’t answer their phone no matter what time, they will hang up on you. They also CLEARLY dont care to be there. Either pay your employees more or don’t hire awful customer service workers.

Rude wait staff and price was 33$ more than thr UPS Service center, will never recommend this store!

Came in to drop a package off and the super weird kid at the register just stared at me without saying a word and once I looked at him he was like “do you have a code?” Like all you have to do it say “how can I help you” Maybe some more training on how to be a normal person should be implemented there.
