Employee was extremely condescending for no reason even though I was being completely calm and respectful the whole time. After I came back, provided the requested documents, and got my service completed, she then nervously tried to dismiss her own behavior to me with some paper thin justification. Yeah there's no way, no thank you.

This post office needs to be shut down and reevaluated. I had two family members go in there two separate occasions this week to get passports for my wedding and both of them did not successfully have successful appointment. The staff is rude lazy don’t know how to do their job, both took off time from work for these appointments just to not be taken care of. I will go above and beyond to make sure that this post office has somebody looking into the staff for both of these appointment times, and there will be action taken. It’s unacceptable for a government facility to not know how to process passports when they are paid to do so.

I don't know where to begin so I will just state that MOST (as there are exceptions to every rule) of the employees that work at this facility are the definition of lazy entitled products of governmental policies that protect the unproductive individuals that are recruited to meet gender and racial satisfaction over quality and character. I find it sickening that tax payer dollars are wasted on this non-essential operation. For the record, I had to use this facility by the sellers request for a product return.

My fiancé went in to this office for a passport appointment 8/1 he had confirmed for 12:45 pm and had all his paperwork ready . He got there super early and waited in line for over 20 min which was fine and then once he got to the front he was rudely told by a gentleman working the front desk that the one and only notary lady in charge of passports who processes everything.., was On lunch break for a whole hour and left!!. ;( this is outrageous and super disrespectful especially for those who don’t have a lot that free time to wait for that employee to return! My fiancé works in healthcare and had to drive on break to get this appointment done and now he has to reschedule ! He will definitely not be coming back to this office ever. Rude staff and we DONT RECOMMEND coming to this post office for anything regarding passports needs.

My vacation is now in jeopardy because over a month ago when this office sent out my passport application, they didn't even stamp or sign it. So I had to reapply and now it's probably too late. If you need to apply for a passport...go elsewhere because I know I'm not the only one as of recently.

The hiring manager should be ashamed. I found it outrageous how poor the customer service I received from an employee today. Not sure of her position, didn’t get her name, but she spoke with a Nigerian accent and wore a short wig with burgundy color in the front. Never in my life have I experienced such treatment at a post office. No training on customer service and no clear understanding on possible errors within the postal service period. I do appreciate one young lady who was acting in the best interest of the company and the customer. The fact that she shared a common decency, I will return.

Employees asked me a million questions about what I was shipping. Then sent it straight back to my house. Without x-ray. Avoid this location at all costs. Avoid USPS matter of fact. Postmaster??? Lol. Non existent. Zero stars

They charge different prices for the same shipping and product .they don't do it right .and they charge what they feel like and one week all the shipping was 8 Dollars the next week same exact packaging was 24 dollars . So they just charging you what they feel like based on if they like you or not.
