Walgreens is never consistent, sometimes the line move fast and other times it moves super slow. They have a consultation window at the pharmacy but never uses it which holds up the lines when people are asking a lot of questions at the checkout counter instead of the consultation or pharmacist window.

Don’t schedule a vaccine here. I sat for an hour after checking in and was never called on. The one girl who helped (was very kind!) but didn’t have the ability to give me the shot herself, because she had to let someone else know I was there etc. I eventually left because while I understand it was very busy, I had made an appt for a quick service, and they just continued to help tons of people coming to get scripts etc. which was a revolving door of customers. I will say I can tell they were hustling to fill orders and help customers, just not for anyone needing their vaccines.

Would give then a ? rude staff at night night wait on hold for 45 minutes for rude people and for them to not full a perception they had for 2 days for a baby and then when you call about it it's rude people there and say have to wait another day for it or just pay it over the corner

Literally always the worst experience. They are rude, hostile, and completely unhelpful. They have consistently talked over me when I was just trying to understand what was happening with a script I need to have quality of life. These are do or die situations and instead of being understanding, and helping someone understand the process of things, they just undermine you any chance they get. I will not being returning to this walgreens pharmacy and neither should you. This is MULTIPLE occurrences with multiple different employees.

I get one script at Walgreens once a month and always use the drive-thru. Altho the Hastings locale is closest, they would not have my script on time. So I called around and nailed it down and the pharmacist and tech I spoke to were helpful, kind and professional.

I have asked a few times when I am there if I could get my booster and he said I had to make an appointment and my husband tried to get in and he was kicked off. I went today and I talked to the pharmacist and he said we have alot of the booster but I cant help you.

Moved to the area and chose this store for prescriptions- wrong choice. My husband had a procedure done and meds were phoned over - came to the drive through and was told it would be an hour, called in an hour and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes came to the store 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 30 minutes. When I let the "service representative" know we were told they would be ready 15 minutes ago - could they put a rush on this as my husband was in significant pain - she looked over her mask at me and said "that is a rush." I'm sorry but this is not okay, I didn't appreciate her tone or her style, and I refuse to pay anyone to disrespect me. So 45 minutes later after sitting in the store I go back to the window to get the meds. This time Morgan - same person - goes over, finds the order in a pile, picks out the medication, prints a label, then brings it back to me three minutes later! 3 MINUTES!! My question is why couldn't she have done this 45 minutes ago, or 30 minutes before that! I understand COVID has made our lives difficult but being a good human still matters. My advice find another store to spend your money at.
