Here’s a novel idea, hire more people for your pharmacy so you don’t have to actually close for lunch when people want to pick up the prescriptions.

Associate would not accept a Fed EX package, stating they dont ship packages with a QR code. FED EX lists (as does Walgreens) that the store is a location where you CAN ship QR code packages. So frustrating. Either train the employees or change your website for the 5575 Byron Center Ave. location.

The staff could not be more unfriendly. One woman in particular I could here swearing in the back to her coworkers about how long my order was taking. Though inconvenient, I will find another pharmacy

The people working at this Walgreens pharmacy could not have been less helpful The two girls working there found it humorous that they sent me in a wild goose chase to an non existent row to find a product that " we probably don't have " They had 4 once I spent 20 minutes looking for it Then of corse they could only find 1 of the 2 scripts sent over by the ER doctor Told me I had to call the ER doctor to get it resent...I did only to be told the pharmacy had to call the ER doctor not me so the pharmacy calls the ER doctor to get the second script resent and guess what....the drug was not available...anywhere in the meantime my poor husband is suffering Eventually Meijer pharmacy was able to coordinate with the ER facility to get a substitute, so my husband did not need to endure another night of pain IAfter years with Walgreebs I'm changing to CVS The quality of the staff at Walgreens has really gone downhill to a level of incompetence

Went to pick up a prescription 6 hrs after it was sent to them from the doctor, they told me it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went back 90 minutes later they said it would be ready in 30 more minutes, went back 90 minutes later still not ready. I will now have the doctors office sent it CVS tomorrow.

The staff at this location seem like they hate their job. They don't greet you, they don't even talk to you while checking out, and they are not helpful at all. I hope they can either train the staff to be better or hire better help! terrible!

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy to always mess up my insurance making me have to wait for them to fix it, call the insurance, etc. it’s the only pharmacy I have this issue at.

It seem Lunch breaks are more important then filling patient prescriptions. Staff wasn't very friendly either.

I forgot to schedule a pick up time, but went through the drive through and they were still able to pull together my request for an OTC medicine. I was running tight on time as I was on my lunch, really appreciated their help and understanding.
