They made a delivery to me neighbor, completely blocked me in my driveway, gave me. Othing but attitude when I asked him to move, tried calling their shop and didn't even get a real person. Poor poor business ethics.

Bad service the deliver my shingles a week late and all drip edge was damaged call the 4 times and never get a respond back also the delay on shingles cause a roof leak on the house that I ended losing the the job and have a claim on my insurance

I bought shingles to reroof my house.The good:* Friendly, knowledgeable service* One of the few places you can find Malarkey shingles* Large selection of take-home samples* Very reasonable delivery fee.* I'm a homeowner, not a repeat-customer contractor, but I was still treated as a valued customer.Could be better:* When I brought in returns, they said they had my credit card on file and would post back to it. When I checked my statement and found no credit, I had to make another trip there to give my info since they didn't actually have it.* First shipment didn't have enough shingles. They arranged another shipment in a couple days, but that time the truck cracked my driveway.* Someone in the back kept using vulgar language when I was in the store on several occasions.
