They processed a 1/4 of beef, and we grabbed a couple pounds of Yale bologna while there for pick up. Couldn't be happier! Great cuts and packaging, and they loaded it up for us no touch. Nice little country ride there was a bonus. Perfect transaction- we'll definitely be repeat customers!

Ordered a 1/2 cow from them (one of the cows they sourced for us). The ribeye roast was wonderfully marbled and delicious. The meat lasted our family (of 4) almost 10 months. Superior flavored ground beef and plenty of roasts for slow braising. They will work with you to give you the cuts of meat that you want. Friendly and kind staff. A+

First time going here, super friendly and helpful staff. Tried the famous Yale Bologna, was worth the visit. Prices are not too bad esp. given the increases on everything rite now.
