Does not pay their bills. Owes us over $50,000 and stopped communicating. Went smooth for a year and then when they racked up enough debt they stopped paying and started using another broker that they did the same thing to. Do not do business with this company.

The company has not paid us after months of ignored requests for payment. They owe us tens of thousands of dollars and just give us the run around. We have been forced to reach out to their customers that we delivered their products to try and get some sort of compensation.

BEWARE!!! Redall does not pay their bills. They don't care either. They simply float from trucking company to trucking company to move their loads until they owe a lot of money and then bail. They owe my company $50,000 that we already had to pay our drivers so we are just out that money. Redall won't pay, won't respond, ownership is a joke. We are currently contacting their customers such as Fisher Dynamics, Valiant TMS, Mill Steel, Nortronics, Seaver finishing, Erin Industries amongst others to see if they will help us recoup the money for loads we brought to them from Redall. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with REDALL if you hope to get paid.

They do NOT pay their bills. They leave you hanging then don't answer their phones or emails. They have no intention on paying the people that do work for them. Very Sad a company is run like this. They owe our company great amount of funds. And they told us they really like the work we have done for them. I bet and not pay us. Sad and so sorry you are still in business.

As a supplier to this company I can only give one star (since I have to give one at least) - it takes months to get invoices paid. Calls are not returned, emails are not acknowledged and payments which were promised to be made do not happen unless I follow up for several weeks in a row. We deliver against prepayment only.
