Very nice meeting with Corrina at Advanced Medical Solutions to pickup and be introduced to my new CPAP machine. She was quite knowlegable and professional, answering all my questions and concerns.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. In April 2023 I went to fix my cpap machine wich was cover for my Healt insurance, plus $130 copayment. And at that moment I was informed that the replacement for new machine was about to be on December 2023. I placed the request at that moment since delivery of machine was delayed for 6 months it wasRequested by my doctor ( it had a second request later) I left the country in December and didn’t get any machine. As soon as I got back and due my old coal machine start having problems again I called the office in st. Joshepth Hospital. And this time they told me that new machine is not coming due I fixed my old one in April and now I have to wait a year to get the new one. That tells me that I can use any coal until April otherwise if I fix it again is going to put me in another year wait. Unfortunately that misinformation push me to use another provider like Care Link, Binsons, or Healthcare DME for my next Cpap machine

Recently I made a purchase at Advance Medical Supply in Ann Arbor. I had the pleasure of having Kamaria help me with my purchase. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the item I purchased. Corrina Dameron went above and beyond for me when I was placing my recent resupply order. When my previous mask/cushion was no longer available I had had to change to a different model which is less comfortable and even giving me less reliable event readings each night. I mentioned this to Corrina and she researched that indeed my previous equipment is actually indeed available! I am ecstatic since I am more comfortable and get better results with the other equipment. Corrina handled extremely efficiently my order, billing (I had credits which previously had not been applied) and made what could have been a time consuming and frustrating experience a wonderful experience! Thank you Corinna - AMS is truly fortunate to have such a professional, knowledgeable and compassionate employee! I am looking forward to working with you in the future !

Don R appeared at the door one day after I ordered what I thought would be a four wheeled rollator. A mistake occurred when the prescribing physician ordered a two wheeled 'walker' rather than the rollator. Don made a few calls. Since he had a rollator in the van, he swapped out the walker for the rollator. He had a solution for the problem at hand. Thanks!

Korinna who works at this location is the best. She knows what she's doing as she is very knowledgeable and helpful. I struggled for months to find the mask for me and she helped me and now I can finally sleep better at night. She deserves all the credit!
