David is very knowledgeable courteous the transaction for new iPhones went flawless. I would definitely go back there again thanks JP. UPDATE : 6months later and bill is still 100.00 over quote. Went back in store beginning of February about billed not being quoted price was assured by store manager that it would be taken care of and should be corrected. Fast forward March and. Bill is still 100 over and 110 over our old bill. This store is not a authorized ATT Store come to find out. Stay Away!

I need the owner to contact me. I reached out to David last week for assistance as my last resort as ATT instructed me to do. He stated he would need to look at cameras and submit a ticket or claim and it would take 3 days. I have waited a week and have tried calling the store multiple times today only to be put on hold and no one comes back to the phone. This store was where the original error was made and I was told by ATT that only this store can fix the situation and get me a refund. I am a loyal customer of ATT over 10 years and I need some help.

I have been with AT&T for 5yrs but they have a big problem providing internet in the surrounding area.
I am a delivery driver and I was constantly losing my internet connection so I called AT$T and they are always blaming it on someone else, I went through XFINITY and have no issues at all..

Called earlier because I’ve been trying to do my upgrade with 2 other stores in the state for 24 hours. I DID NOT ask to hold the device. I just asked if someone could TAKE MY INFORMATION so if it was still there I could come pick it up. Guy refused and assured me they would be able to get me in and out when I came. I wasted my entire lunch break and I do NOT have my new phone because the rep was clearly full of shit and trying to rush me off the phone. ATT about this close to losing a customer

This store is the epitome of mud water salesman tactics. Their concern is only for greed and none for the consumer. I am currently working on reporting them officially to ATT as an authorized retailer that is dragging their name through the mud.
Three times in the past I have gone to the store for adding a line or a routine phone upgrade, and three times in the past I was given the next up plan and insurance despite saying I didn't want it. The third time, I called them and asked why it keeps happening, and I was told by Tyler it's a store requirement.
With this, I called corporate and they said it's absolutely not a requirement and to call them next time I'm told this and they would straighten it out. When I went in a fourth time, I told them I did not want these items and that corporate verified that it's not a requirement and I would call them to confirm if needed. Coincidently, I was with Tyler again, who I believe was promoted by this time. He told me, defeatedly, that he knows it's not a requirement and they are just "pressured" to do it since customers can call and cancel and get a refund. It was probably the most preposutur thing they could have said as a reason. Either ATT loses in this instance, or the customer is unaware/forgets and are spending more every month as a result.
This fourth time, I was adding someone to my account and I was sure to go in with them to settle this and not have them scammed. However, there was a hiccup where Tyler had input the phone as a S24, instead of the S24+, which is not eligible for trade-in. We were told we would be flagged for fraud if they canceled to correct it. Instead, they'd trade it in at the store for a S24+ that they'd reserve for us when the S24 came in from the online order (without charge to us).
When this happened, the individual being added went in by themselves, and the usual tactics ensued as a result. First, there was no phone reserved like they said, but thankfully they had one in stock. They did the ordeal, and we received our bill. There were 3 things done on this: 1) next up was once again added to one of the lines, 2) they charged an "upgrade fee" for their own phone mistake, something that shouldn't even be possible when an activation fee is assessed on the same bill like this was, and 3) both lines added were changed to the premium plan instead of the extra plan, despite me verifying multiple times in store they would be on the extra plan.
It is insane that a "scammer body guard" is required when visiting an authotized retailer, and that without one, all of these items were added in hopes we wouldn't notice.
I can't imagine how many customers are paying hundreds of extra dollars a year because they aren't aware to be looking for these tactics. Do yourself a favor and absolutely never give this store any service. There are plenty of other ATT stores in the area, and the extra few minute drive will absolutely be worth it. I'll be sure to do the same from now on.

Sam was amazing at answering all the questions we had! He was super patient, very helpful and helped us find the phone we needed! If you go to this location, I highly recommend asking for Sam!

Worked with Connor at this location. He took my ID and said he was just going to look up my account. When he took my ID and looked up my account he started talking about plans for updating my phone. He started yapping and saying a bunch of different things which I did not understand so I told him I’m going to think it over and come back at a later date. He told me he did not charge me for anything. I ended up going to another ATT location because Connor gave us horrible customer service, and when they pulled up my account it turns out he charged us over $200, and he even changed the plan on my phone without my consent. He purposefully did not even give us a receipt. Connor is a horrible scammer and we are not the only people he has done this to. He deserves to get fired. He literally reassured us that he did not charge us for anything and said, “how would I charge you guys if you guys did not even make a decision.” Literally do not understand what he benefited from doing this. Horrible person who takes advantage of people.

Conner and the boys are awesome everytime I come in the store they help me out right away and they always have great customer service. And they have save me money and I really appreciate it ? definitely recommend this atat store and all the workers there.
