My least favorite location. Sell me a bad battery? I cut you some slack. Give me a hard time returning it and super racist in the process, you know what no problem at least I got my money back. Then someone returned brake pads and put them into the incorrect box without you checking before you sold them to me... was a little irked. But mistakes happen. But this time the cashier being blatantly rude and unfriendly to my dad who so kindly drove me to your store after my car broke down? Not okay. Finished. Absolutely unacceptable.

I went in to do the free battery charge/check. The guy working said that it would "take a few hours because they don't have any way to do it faster," but my car was dead and I was desperate so I agreed.I sat in the back of the store while I waited. Iheard other people come in and got the same answer but they decided not to wait. The guy I gave my battery to walked around a few times and saw I was waiting. I thought they would let me know or call me (they asked for my phone number), but I went up to check on the progress after ~2 hours and it turns out that it was already done. I assumed they only had trickle chargers, but it turns out they have chargers that take ~30 minutes.I'm not sure if he really thought it would take a few hours or lied to be lazy, malicious, or to get desperate people to buy new batteries instead of charging them, but it's not okay.The other people there were cool and helpful and surprised that I was waiting for so long when I went back up to check the status so the 1 star is just for the old guy that lied to me and lied to others and managed to waste an extra 1.5 hours of my time.

Went to orileys with a battery, and they said they had to charge it before they tested it, I tried to give them my phone number, and they told me that they are too busy to call me, I looked around and saw one customer, I then took the battery to Autozone and they had about 6 customers or more, but they were friendly and they tested my battery right away, I ended up buying a new battery. Thanks Autozone.

5 separate bolts and nuts packages returned the day after Thanksgiving, by a guy who said his name is Pete, I must've waited 20 minutes when he suggested because I had purchased 3 of packages at a different Autozone and me as the customer suggesting to simply give me store credit, zero customer appreciation was given and he said yes after I asked if he was the store manager, if you truly are this was terrible to the highest of degree especially coming across as if 10 dollars was worth me driving to different Autozone and the freaking inconvenience of watching you first look up this particular receipt, I'll surely in future pass and wait upon a different representative of Autozone.

Called about a battery for my car, I get there and the guy tells me he can't put it in. I'm like why we spoke over the phone. He says because I'm the only one here. I said ok, so I called the Washtenaw store and went there and they put my battery in for me with no problem.

How this location has 4.1 stars beyond me I wish I could give -10 stars these people do not know what they doing here today is the second time in a row I got wrong break pads for my caddilac last year the guy gave me v8 fronts and sport rears and I have a standard 3.6 like I told him and today the lady which is the store manager gave me v8 rears when I told her they weren't correct when I looked at them but she assured me they was and I even gave her the model of my caddilac and told her about last year getting wrong pads yet they Still get it wrong SMFH!!!!!

I went to AutoZone due to my oil light going on the off. Talked with Indie who told me I needed more oil due to her taking the time to check my oil stick discovering I had no oilEven though I was 2,000 miles away from needing my next oil change. THANK YOU SO MUCH INDIE!

I go in and try to get a steering wheel cover. Ask the cashier if this would fit an F-150. They said yes but it does not fit my F-150 so I had to bring it back.
