Cynthia and everyone at the branch was really helpful! Our experience was great.Please take note that it's not a full service branch. Mainly you just can't get quarters or cash checks.For those leaving negative reviews, check the information for the bank location you're going to in order to ascertain they have the services you need.

This bank is an absolute joke. ATMs don't function properly, hardly any staff, and at least half of the time you go there, some sort of error occurs that you then have to deal with on your own. I deposited a check that I needed TO PAY MY RENT, and they haven't made it available to withdraw for two days now. I spoke to an employee about it who essentially told me there's nothing they can do, I just have to wait. Ok great, I'm glad to know that my rent would've been paid on time had I gone to a local liquor store to cash my check instead of going to MY ACTUAL BANK. Pathetic.

To make a long story short, it all started when I went to use my card with thousands of dollars on it, card got denied I called. Pepole told me my account was restricted because they needed to see some paperwork which I provided the next day. I was told everything is good and my account would be open within 24 hours. It went from that to them telling me that I need to call every single client of mine to come verify the checks they wrote to my landscaping business. So, it’s been over a week now…that’s a long way from 24 hours, and all of the checks that Chase needed to verify had already went through weeks before!! So, these people really don’t know what they’re doing!! There is nothing wrong with any of my checks. I did the grunt work for them, and called up any clients that ever wrote me a check and asked them to contact Chase so they could verify themselves and the checks written to my business from them…but now, one of my client’s mother, an elderly lady who has dementia and is unable to get to the bank and also, unable to verify the check because of a phone number issue! This whole ordeal has been a hassle and a waste of everyone’s time. I’m a hard working business owner and the way they treat they’re clients is unacceptable!! The lady banker, Promila, keeps lying saying she is gonna call me back and she doesn’t. As a business owner myself I know pepole can make mistakes, but what matters is how you rectify them mistakes. Honestly…nobody I have talked to has been helpful, nor do I feel they are putting in the effort needed to get my account re-opened, which is needed to run a business and provide for my family.

Closed their branch in Milan, deserting the residents of that area of southern Washtenaw County of the sort of personal banking services they liked getting from real people, not machines. Turns out Jamie Dimon is no George Bailey. Beware! Your branch could be next. Consider local community banks instead of mega banks.

No teller. The ATMs refused to work for me and also the customer before me. Kept getting a transaction error. Better to try another branch.

If I could give them the worst customer service award it would go to them. Walked in there were no cashiers they have this new set up were one computer is supposedly managing the whole store and you have to literally wait for any assistance even when you want to talk to a banker the banker is nonexistent there were four people in front of me that had the same waiting look on their faces and were never served. Two of them gave up and behind me there were several people waiting to be served and seemed like every other person was just giving up waiting and I was there for almost 15 to 20 minutes. Whatever system they're doing at this location they need to change it back to human on human interaction.

No tellers inside.....? Won't be coming here again. Hopefully this eyesore is next on the list to get shuttered.
