I responded to an add on facebook from someone affiliated with this business who said they had an electric Samsung washer and dryer for sale. I paid over $500 only to get home and discover the dryer was gas. I had to get an HVAC guy to come install the line and then when plugging in both units washer didn't work either. Sammy refused to refund my money and take them back and blocked me on marketplace. buyer beware!!!

Those great rates go up almost $70 every 6 months! Terrible customer service and absolutely no notice was given! Hopefully never deal with this company ever again after this years experience.

Jacob went beyond my expectations. I needed to change units quickly during my lunch break and even though he was helping other customers he got me all set up too. He has a great personality and definitely an asset to your company.

This has been the most pleasant storage renting process I have ever experienced. From the front desk management all the way to the facility itself and can I also mention a truck, they let you use for just a deposit is not heard of service we see today. A one stop shop for all your moving needs. I thought I was dreaming it was so perfect of an experience.

So far my experience had been great with CubeSmart. I was able to get a storage unit very easily online. There was no wait at all. They had units available right away and the first month was free. I set up my payments to auto pay so there is no worry about late fees. Jacob from CubeSmart called me soon after to see if I needed any help and to make sure I understood how to access my unit. So far my experience has been great.

Staff was very personable! They were knowledgeable about what furniture would be appropriate for non climate controlled units, and made us very comfortable with our items being stored here.
