I was introduced to Kejon Hunter from Dawson Zanger, a manager at Champion Cueter Chrysler while getting an appraisal for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.I really wasn’t looking to trade in and buy a newer used car but Kejon was great and went above and beyond with some options that were still in my price range and budget.After he introduced me to a few cars and test drives I was very happy in the end and ended up leaving the dealership with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus.I want to personally thank you again Kejon for your time and service. Can say enough about our experience at Champion Chrysler.Don Byrd(our salesperson)is a great guy.He answered all of our questions and concerns about what we were looking for and helped us make our decision. The whole staff involved from GM Jason to finance dept Mike and Isaac all made it a smooth experience. Even though it's over an hour drive from our home we will come back.

I've been working with Ben Heusel for several years. He is an outstanding salesman and always takes great care of me. The staff at Cueter has always been very friendly and helpful. They all seem to love their job and love taking care of the customers.

My sales professional, Alleya Goldsby was awesome. She did not try to over talk me or rush me for a sale. She listened to my auto needs and allow me to make my selections. In the future I will want Champion Cueter (Washtenaw Ave) to offer some type of special coupons for customers that have purchased multiple autos from this location.

Update 10/17/2023 never received another call or money. We will never use them again.Update 9/20/23 we did get our car back and $300. They still owe us $800, but I am not holding my breath on getting that money. We are going on 45 days, with nothing but empty promises.Update: The general manager called me and said they would pick up the cost of the rental car from the date they made they offer. I appreciate the callback and look forward to seeing if they follow through.Cueter has had our vehicle since the end of May in their body shop. The coverage for the rental car ran out 30 days in the shop. This is costing us a fortune. They verbally said they would pay for the rental car, but they have never put that in writing. We have lease two cars and bought this car from them. At this point, I would never buy another vehicle from them.

I took my 2018 Chrysler 300 in for service for oil change, tire rotation and new wipers. I also ask them how much more would it be to check out my radio. Because, it was jumping stations. They told me it would be $1,700.00 to check it out. I told them no thanks, someone dropped the ball. I had to pay. $1,261.00 for new rear rotors, pads, brakes shoes, air filter, camshaft position sensor seal, and cabin ac filter. I get m on my car back. The rotors are rusted. I call and call left many messages to service manager. He never called me back. I go there. He tells me he will replace them for me but, they all come rusted. Anyway, he will call me when they come in. It's been over a month. I go back there again. He says only one came in and he will call me when the other come in .well, now it's been two more weeks. No calls. I got scammed because I'm a black woman. I will never bring my vehicle back to them .As of today Sept. 8, 2023. I still have not heard from The two Managers Mr. Chad or the Manager over him Mr. Steve Demerse, who I had also left a message. I'm still very disappointed ☹️!!

Painful experience thus far. This dealership stole my remote car starter. Chad the service manager promised to make it right after admitting they have it, only to have ghosted me since. Went it on a Saturday to get my tracking device removed after paying my car off. Left feeling happy and accomplished. Only days later to notice my car wouldn’t start. I called the business that installed my car starter. It’s under warranty bring it in they will fix it no charge. I scheduled a day off work about a week or so later. They were perplexed because it was gone! Someone had to take the wires out the car and reconnect back to the engine. I realized only Cueter had that access to my car. I called only to be met with an employee who was nasty because he thought I wasn’t being truthful. I asked for a superior which is Chad. Chad called back and took immediate responsibility. I was relieved. No arguing stand up guy. He said the employee is new and it was only his second attempt. They have it there. Now my question is why has it been there for weeks and no one called me to tell me? I confirmed with the finance company that the device was taken off and sent there so there was clear it was 2 different pieces. Chad promised to pay for it. That was last week. I have called Chad and left messages. No response. Chad said he was going to call the remote starter business to coordinate with them. They said he never called. It pains me to ask here, is there any leadership there to make this right and give back what you took from me? From this experience I would not do business with you all again.

I would give this entire dealership, both sales AND service ZERO stars if I could. They aren’t even worthy of ONE star to be honest. Special ordered a vehicle from them last year and once the papers were signed, they sold me a vehicle that wasn’t built the way I ordered it and they knew that and never told me about it until I brought it into service a couple months later. A brand new vehicle has been in service almost 6 times now and all 6 times, they haven’t fixed the problem, but keep adding to the list of things wrong…currently 13 things wrong with a brand new car. Go figure. But what they HAVE done, is damaged my vehicle. So that’s ONE thing they’re good at…you can DEFINITELY count on them to damage your vehicle instead of fixing it. My door paneling is falling off the door and doesn’t seed to the actual door frame, which they have done themselves, and they refuse to fix it, order the parts, call me back or take care of this situation in ANY way! Jason in sales and Chad, Amber, Kayla and a few others all in service are all useless liars. I just called this morning, July 27, 2023, and the girl who was covering the phones at approximately 10:30-45 hung up on me and when I called back a few times after, she sent me to voicemail. Very childish and unprofessional. She deserves to be fired…in fact, this entire dealership deserves to be shut down. I’m a Chrysler employee and they treat me with so much disrespect, so just imagine how they’ll treat a regular customer.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Chrysler Cueter. When I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica in December, I had hoped to find a reliable vehicle. However, my hopes were shattered as the car has been nothing but a headache since then. I have had to return it to the dealership over 5 times, despite the fact that they are located an hour away from my residence. The inconvenience of the distance is only compounded by the fact that the manager has consistently ignored my attempts to contact them. The issues with the car have persisted, and it's disheartening that the dealership seems content with selling a vehicle that clearly has problems. I find myself writing this review in the hopes of finding solutions, as the lack of communication and resolution from the dealership is both frustrating and unacceptable. To add to my frustration, my car has been in their possession for over a week now, and I have not received a single phone call about its status--only a text message. This lack of communication further reflects their disregard for customer satisfaction. I'm saddened to learn that I'm not the only one facing these problems, as it appears that other customers have experienced similar issues with this dealership. In light of my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Chrysler Cueter. Their approach to customer service and the quality of the vehicles they sell leave much to be desired. It's disappointing to see a dealership that should be providing reliable transportation contribute to such frustration and inconvenience for their customers. It's my hope that potential buyers will heed this warning and explore other options before making a decision.
