This pharmacy is the absolute worse. They'll cancel your refills without explanation, there's no way to contact them about it online, and their new automated phone system is a nightmare. I had to go in to ask about it and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and wasn't able to explain why they keep cancelling my refill without telling me and did absolutely nothing to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that could fill it. You're better off sending your prescriptions to the Kroger or Walgreens down the road.

Usually, this CVS is flawless, Drove 40 min to CVS, for a prescription that was a refill, was told that I had no refills, called my doctor who confirmed that there was a refill for the prescription, called CVS they said an error was made, there was a refill, drove back to CVS how does a Pharmacy make a mistake with medication?

The pharmacy customer service is terrible. Are you waiting and drive-through for 2530 minutes and then you have to go in they stay at talk all day and you have to remind him that you are next so you waiting on them and a very nasty attitude. Going to change my pharmacy tired of going through over there

Really terrible customer service and mostly rude staff (one exception). Will fight you on transferring prescriptions from another pharmacy (multiple times), and picking up a prescription takes forever, I’ve almost always had a 10 minute wait. Never had complaints about a pharmacy before but this one is just….

There is an awful pharmacy tech at this location and I recommend going elsewhere only because of this one person. She was rude, curt (not in an efficient way). She ended up keeping my ID (drive-thru) and got a slight attitude when I asked for it (after sitting in the drive-thru for a while with half of my prescriptions). I ended up going on the CVS app to find out why all of my items weren't given to me. It is worth an additional 10-15 minutes to go elsewhere.

Brittany (I think I'm remembering right from the nametag) asked if I go by the name on my script. It'd never occured to me I could change it at the pharmacy. It was so considerate of them to ask, and my heart's so full seeing JG on the paper they printed showing my patient profile.

Super easy to get a COVID test and results are fast. Pcr test results back in 36 hours thanksgiving eve.

shop here if you like to be treated rudely. I stopped using this pharmacy when there pharmacy tech was rude when asking where to find something in the store. I asked for facial soap. She said she would not know because she does not use soap on her face. Today again at the pharmacy a lack of service. I had covid before and I have covid symptoms. I am fully vaccinated, but have heard that it is possible to get covid again even when vaccinated. My decision for the test was mostly to help the science behind a new virus. I am not willing to create a profile for this business, I do not do business here. Today the Pharmacy tech told me, even if I test positive for covid - no one from CVS will be reaching out to me. I must do their online portal. I refuse! If you like abuse, use this CVS. I changed my pharmacy to Meijer - they deliver them to me at no cost to me. Perhaps others should know how user friendly Meijer is especially if they have experienced the rude customer service from this expensive pharmacy.

All the staff members here were very helpful. The pharmacist tech took the time to help me find the best option for what I needed. The manger went out her way to help me look for something in the store and the cashier clerk was very nice and welcoming. Outstanding customer service!
