JONATHAN IS GREAT! He is a people person and is happy to work. Meanwhile- ‘Manager’ Elizabeth was CRAZY! ABSOLUTELY NUTS! Google maps said the store closed at 10 so I came in 8:53, thinking I had another hour to shop. At 8:55, this old woman starts complaining, saying the singular other customer and I need to hurry up, and at 8:55 she said “We’re closed.”, kept repeating that they were closed and I needed to check out, despite it not even being 9. Her attitude was CRAZY as well- I have never met such a rude employee. I didn’t know they were closing at 9 so she had no right to treat me like that- even if I knew, it wasn’t even 9:00 yet!
Jonathan was amazing. He was super helpful with getting me checked out, very relaxed despite the drama happening, he was a very respectful young man who just wanted to do his job so he definitely deserves a raise.

This place hires anyone. The manager in front Patrick is extremely rude and hostile right away. When all I wanted was an exchange for something that’s the exact same price. Will be in communication with corporate.

I did and have NEVER visited CVS Pharmacy® located at 1415 E. Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI. Someone has stolen my identity and for the last 3 months has stolen my extra card benefit of $10 off my card by using my phone number. Whom ever you are, you suck!!! I've requested that CVS take my phone number off the card, but I guess that hadn't. I have cancelled my card and have asked CVS Extra Care to refund me the $30 from the last 3 months and they have refused, so I have requested a refund of my yearly fee. I no longer want this service! CVS, you need to treat your loyal customers better!!!

Boss wanted me to get a Covid test. Googled free Covid tests and this place is the first to pop up. Went inside to pharmacy and they said they have them at check out in front. Went to check out and the lady pointed me to the shelf where they weren’t for free 25.00 a box!!. Irritated but walked out and went to the car. Then wanted to show them what I seenso I walked back in and the lady didn’t care and didn’t want to call her boss back up to the front because she didn’t want to “bother him” I told her I don’t care. Then I spoke with manager and he said he wasn’t under the impression of free Covid tests. Last time I checked when you google free Covid tests, it’ll pop up cvs. If you manage a store you should know this and manage your employees attitudes as well🤷♀️ used to be the best cvs in town but second guessing with the people I just encountered. Rude enough for me to take the time out to make a review!

I went from a family-owned pharmacy where I received prompt an accurate pickup of my prescriptions. Due to a situation behind my control I had to choose CVS since being a customer at CVS. Not one time. Have I gotten all of my medication at one time and every time? EVERY month I have had to go back because they forgot something. This month October 24. It's been 3 days since I ran out of medication and I have as yet received all of my refills. Not only am I very disappointed and highly upset, my body is experiencing not having some of my medications 😞😢 this is not fair to me. I should not have to feel this way. Please CVS do better

Today a guy at the cashier helped me a lot he made me feel welcomed and made time to help me and have a conversation I appreciate the conversation a lot because I felt very happy to know someone was not just being a robot we need more people like him and also he was so kind even though I could not get my photos because I got time mixed up he offered me to stay in the store to wait for my boyfriend but senses I didn’t wanna cause problems I thought it was best I go outside I told my boyfriend what happened and he was upset I was outside but once I explained the reason he understood and was happy someone was nice enough to offer me to stay inside with my son while it was cold outside but I did not want to be disrespectful for holding him and his manger up to close the store so I stand outside and I will definitely be back tomorrow to get more photos the manger she is very nice and she was kind about reminding me of when the store close I feel so bad for holding up time that I just wanna thank them both for understanding me and not being upset I promise to remember time next time both very hard working people.

This is a dangerous mess. Out of 4 employees there, it is clear that only one actually knew what she was doing. There were bottles of medication knocked off shelves and scattered all over the floor behind the counter. If you end up speaking with a pharmacy tech who knows less about their job than you do (you will), they will not only fail to help you, but will (and I mean WILL) insult you in the process.
