They lie right to your face, it's wild. 25% of the time I can get my medication without issue... the other 75%, without fail there is an issue on their end.

CVS is a great place to shop for personal care items and pick up my prescription at the same time. My manager is not friendly but, but the other employees are so helpful.

Rude and not helpful. Cannot speak to human directly on the phone- only after leaving a voice-mail that is supposed to be returned in 1 hour (If you are lucky)

This CVS is extremely disorganized and very unhelpful. I placed a very large photo order to be printed and it was misprinted, I called to tell the store and they tried again and it came out the wrong color. Than I called for a refund and they said I would have to come into the store but failed to mention I had to bring in my original misprinted copies. They have now wasted lots of my time in driving and caused lots of frustration and unnecessary stress.

Every time I visit this location and interact with the staff, literally every employee is professional, courteous, and helpful. I frequently send pictures for print and the staff are super helpful. It seems so rare to have good customer service anymore and I wanted to point it out. Thanks CVS Whittaker Road. Ypsilanti staff. ??
